I've been too busy all fucking day dealing with Wu Flu shit, only to come back to this topic with 15 new pages in a handful of hours. My dumb ass thought "oh boy, a development in the lawsuit happened or maybe a weeb wars sperg fucking killed themselves with a dull anime convention katana". Likely implying that there is -gasps- Civil Conspiracy!?... Wait... weren't they the ones to be so on the narrative that it was REALLY hard to prove Civil Conspiracies and that Tweets and Forum posts weren't really evidence? It's only evidence when it is convenient to their whole narrative.

I'm guessing that the Huber case is the case. And that Huber put in an affidavit. They seem to be inferring that Ty and An Lee's relationship with Chuck colors the circumstances by which Chuck filed his affidavit/unsigned declaration. Essentially, it's a way to cast a shadow on the affidavit/declaration, and put that in doubt.

This is my own guess, though. I could be, and am likely, wrong on this.

To be honest, I'm really confused about the point of it all myself. For some reason Hsu representing Chuck's wife in their divorce is some kind of gotcha moment for some reason. It seems like they are trying to push that Ty and Hsu met through this case... since Ty was brought on... This year... for like a month... or am I looking at the documents wrong? It's just misrepresation... you know. The usual.
