Another thingy on docketbird:

Motion for Relief from Stay, 3699 Broadbridge Ave Unit 107, Stratford, CT 06614. Proof of Service. Filed by Lance E Olsen on behalf of MidFirst Bank The Hearing date is set for 4/10/2020 at 09:30 AM at Judge Dore's Courtroom, U.S. Courthouse, Room 8106. Response due by 4/3/2020. Document Number: 14

Blah, so Lance Olsen is only coming for the CTkhando.

It's kind of weird he hasn't mentioned anything about his taxes, like if they got filed and the new payment agreement was worked out or anything. He just got the $1,250 from his ♿ to pay his "Tax Guy" 2½ weks ago and completely memory holed his taxes. He definitely hasn't filed an updated IRS back-taxes agreement with the bankruptcy court though. I don't know why he seemed to think it would be done, filed, and approved in like a day, it took like 2 months last year before his plan got approved and finalized. It's not like he didn't have the money to do this months ago, but for some reason he put it off to the 13th hour and thought it would just automatically go through.

Not unexpected turn of events. If Phil could pigroach out of a deficiency, this could get the Conndo out of his name so he wouldn’t be accruing HOA fees and taxes each month. But Midfirst’s gonna come after him because they’re hardcore detractors.

And to think, this could probably have been avoided if Phil didn't skip out on March 5.

Hello friends, is this not what was expected?

He wants to forfeit the CA property, especially since chapter 7 bankruptcy does not allow you to purge your secure debt and I'm fairly certain he has previously stated he wants to give it up.

I don't think Phil or his counsel will be appearing at the given date since they want MidBank to forclose on the property.

Doubt this affects Phil's bankruptcy since this was always going to happen. The bank was never going to not do this.

This just means he gets rid of the CA property soon, which will be good for his (still fucked) finances.

Just noticed that the court date for the relief of automatic stay is April 10th which is the same day FF7 Remake Releases. You think Phil is gonna lose his shit that he has to lose out on Day 1 views if he has to show up?

That court date is in CT, right? Is Phil going to do an emergency begathon to fly to CT for this? Nah, probably not. He has to work his ass off playing video games, I'm sure the court would understand his struggle *snort*

No, it's in Seattle. Same courthouse as his current bankruptcy meetings.

There's a hearing in federal bankruptcy court in Washington State on April 10 on whether the creditor in Connecticut gets to move forward in Connecticut state court notwithstanding the bankruptcy stay that affects all legal actions everywhere and is currently preventing them from moving ahead with the foreclosure (and seeking a deficiency judgment for another approximately $50K).

He doesn’t have property in CA. If you are going to respond, please make it coherent on some level.

You are also being way too optimistic. This scum owes a lot of money to a lot of people. Shit just won’t vanish.

Midfirst wants ALL the money. They want to foreclose on the property and nearly $50,000 more on top of that.
Oh. That's not good.

I just opened the thread before the documents were posted and thought they only wanted to protect their interests in the property.

Can the creditors of his unsecured debt also make similar petitions?

I'm not American so not fully up to speed on the intricacies of ch7 bankruptcy lol
