I was curious so I looked up eviction laws in OR. We don't know which type of tenancy she has, but her panic over being evicted would suggests it is month to month and she was about to get a 30 day (assuming she wasn't wanting to do a midnight move because of CPS). It doesn't seem there any squatter's rights in OR. You can serve a 72 hour eviction notice if no one has paid rent.

I'm sure there are exceptions and whatnot, but those are the basics.

In a month-to-month tenancy, the landlord need only give a 30 Day Termination Notice without any cause for eviction. If the tenant has lived in the property for more than one year, the notice is 60-days. If the property is being sold to someone who plans to live there as a primary residence, it is 30-days.

I am surprised he hasn't faced a layoff already. Whatever happens I hope to hell she makes a meltdown vlog crying because there isn't food anywhere and all her favorite fast food haunts are shuttered indefinitely . Isn't she the deathfat that was laughing about people panicking and buying up all the toilet paper and food ?

She isn't going to be laughing when there isn't any of the garbage left she inhales daily .

Arby's is a fast food chain known for roast beef sandwhiches. I doubt it is like Nando's, but i have never eaten at a Nando's, just read a description. Nando's sounds like it might be pretty good.

Ehhhhhh, those tacky Transitions lenses that were all the rage when I was in middle school 17 years ago will only run you $30-50 on a website like Zenni or something.
