Who Is Secret Gamer Girl/SecretGamerGrrl?
When the creators of the coronavirus, Gamergate, first assembled their war against random transwomen one of the strongest female fighters against them was SecretGamerGrrl on Twitter. This fierce yet protective warrior saved many lives from the Nazi hordes leading to many people wanting to know the identity of the most famous of all Gamergate icons. As per the revealed dox, the actual identity is Jacob Lawrence Alley of Niantic, CT (now New London, CT) who was born on June 9, 1981. This information has not only been confirmed through the Patreon leaks, but multiple people familiar with the subject have confirmed it on Twitter. This has further been confirmed by Kiwi researchers who have identified events, language and basic things that connect the two identities.
In late 2019 new information was uncovered that revealed that Jake had moved to New London, CT and adopted the name Violet Cassandra Ocean. Any formal gender changes can only be speculated about due to his rampant paranoia.
Who Is Jacob Lawrence Alley/Violet Cassandra Ocean?
A failed game designer who has also failed at being a journalist both in video games and in terrorism/investigative journalism. Although Jake has released one game on his own it was a monumental disaster and his other work has been generally pity handouts to do small amounts of writing for tabletop RPG books. His main effort now is sperging on Twitter all “day” long to the point that he openly has said he considers this and reporting Twitter accounts to be his job.
After originally speculating that he may be a hermaphrodite as Jake neared his 30s he began to decide he was simply a woman and was transgender. At multiple points in time he has claimed to have come out to his relatives and others and also that he was also being outed by them and also that he was always out as trans. The only likely true effort he has made in transitioning so far is the name change and smearing estradiol gel on his crotch.
Jake is also a massive liar who is even worse, a bad liar. His tendency to constantly lie leads to him to further lie and make just flat out absurd claims that cannot be true. He’s also massively paranoid and seems to be increasingly so over time, this leads to even more lies and many of his contradictory statements come from his attempts to lie while obscuring the truth. Unfortunately for Jake he has not developed the ability to simply fabricate stories, everything is in some way tied back to reality if the reader or Kiwi researcher can decode his incredibly vague wordy gibberish.
He also has a massive tendency to “know it all” the most when he actually does not know anything about a subject. This does not stop him from writing hundreds to thousands of words on subjects, almost all on Twitter. From science to politics to technology, Jake is a one man source for completely confusing information that helps no one. Combined with his lies and paranoia it helps raise his Twitter content into a special lolcow territory that is hard to match by any other on the site.
Life As An RPG Campaign
This is maybe the best way to describe Jake’s conception of how life works. Often times he describes things as if they were RPG mechanics. After doing some box carrying he conceptualized his strength as having increased by three. He appears to conceive of other peoples decision making as being controlled by dice rolls, often ascribing “randomly chosen” as a motive for their actions. This is when he’s not deliberately using RPG based metaphors in his explanations of things to his audience.
Human Relations
Jake seems to believe that all human relations are transactional except for his own which are done out of a purity of heart. He often aggressively demands that others accede to his wishes or that they should apologize for not doing as he wishes. In notable instances he has publicly attacked others for what he believes to be a misunderstanding and stated that he is waiting for their apology, which they are allowed to do privately. General attention seeking traits such as suicide baiting, making vague emotional statements, sending Tweets with the entire content of “HELP” and “help”, crytyping and others are all prominent in Jake’s body of work.
Paranoid Lies
Jake regularly exaggerates every event in his life to one nearing life and death consequences. He can only be assumed to either be massively lying or paranoid enough to literally believe that Nazis and their allies in the lesbian TERF gangs desire to correctively rape and murder him simply for being trans on the internet. Jake simultaneously claims that his anonymity is the only thing keeping him from being murdered, that the Kiwi Farms has failed to identify him at all, and that stalkers have made his life so dangerous that he has had to flee his home numerous times and cannot even walk down the street of New London, CT alone without being murder-raped. Maybe the most fascinating thing about these lies are how often they're lies about totally unnecessary things like claiming to live many hours away from a fast food restaurant while admitting to living in Connecticut.
Transitioning
Jake’s understanding of transitioning into a woman is generally as informed as everything else he knows about. Which is not too much. He initially started with a belief that HRT alone makes it impossible to tell that a woman is trans or not. He also indicated that not only is facial surgery rarely used in transitioning but that surgical removal of the penis was “NOT A THING” and no one gets such a surgery.
Jake seemed to later concede some of these points and acknowledged that “The Surgery” does in fact happen but that this is simply to put parts that are accidentally outside back inside where they belong. He also accepted that facial surgery happens but that it is done to prevent suicidal dysphoria that occurs whenever a trans person looks in the mirror, not for cosmetic purposes. He continued to insist that no one can tell if someone is transgender. He later “proved” this by making a page of pictures of carefully selected models.
But where Jake gets super unique is that in his total lack of knowledge combined with his own lack of actually transitioning or having relationships in any public way he simply fabricates all kinds of things he likely wishes to be true. His “scientific” claims are a large source of amusement such as proclaiming that gender is simply a glandular disorder, or later an endocrine disorder, and rather infamously that he had developed “double-thin girl skin” a phrase to this day that appears nowhere else on the internet but his Twitter account and in this thread quoting him.
Internet Panhandling
Jake regularly claims to be on the verge of homelessness and that donating to his Patreon can prevent this. At the same time that he claims to have never made the amount needed for monthly rent, utilities, etc. He also regularly claims to be on the verge of losing electricity and/or heat. (But not the internet of course.) The reasons for this range from facing being kicked out by his liberal Democrat mother for being trans, his non-existent violent transphobic roommates, transphobic Nazi stalkers who don’t have his dox, a thing he saw on Twitter and so on.
Despite his financial issues being constant for five years now he has a Nintendo Switch among other consoles, plenty of video games both for it and his PC, tons of RPG books and other materials. Part of this is through an Amazon Wishlist which he claims can assist him in avoiding homelessness or in his best explanation can at least give him something to distract himself while living in someones car. After his Steam account was discovered he went private so as to prevent that avenue of comparison between his financial woe stories and his regular addition and playing of the newest PC games.
KAMEN RIDER

E-mail and DMs
Jake claims that his e-mail is regularly DDoS’d by stalkers. And regularly notes that he needs to get a “new” e-mail. He’s openly peeled this onion for his fans by showing images of and outright admitting that he spams his own G-mail inbox (of which he has at least two) with Twitter report tickets that he never deletes and that he has no idea how to search his inbox. Similarly he constantly mentions how his Twitter DMs (and other functions) are “broken” and that people should try again or help him. Kiwi researchers have speculated this simply means that nobody sends him any and this is how he’s trying to attract some.
Medicabs and Uber
Jake claims to have horrible luck with both of these services. Despite the State of Connecticut providing free medicab service for him to get to doctor’s appointments he does nothing but bitch about it for pairing him up with Gamergate supporters and other Nazis who talk about how they want to murder trans people, do nefarious things like pick up more than one customer at a time and don’t wait for Jake exclusively when he doesn’t ask them if they will. He has just as many problems with Uber so that is no help. He regularly accuses these services of basically kidnapping him and dumping him in random parking lots in freezing rain miles from civilization.
Zoe Quinn's Betrayal
Jake's relentless Twitter warfare against Gamergate got him invited onto the secret Spec Ops team of anti-Gamergate resistance fighters that eventually transitioned into Zoe Quinn's Crash Override Network. Jake came to believe that this gathering of tards and specifically his "job" of reading Gamergate threads on 8chan and Twitter all day would lead to not only the defeat of Gamergate (through prosecution of key members) but his becoming wealthy and obtaining a magical potion that would transform him from a "hulking brute" (Jake's words) into a "small non-threatening girl" (also Jake's words) and has since suggested that Zoe Quinn herself had promised him this. In retelling Jake has described the entire purpose of Crash Override Network as defending and providing for "unemployed trans women" even though Zoe Quinn, albeit a grifter who likely did overpromise something to get these idiots to work in her interest however briefly, is unlikely to have ever seen it as such let alone made such an absurd promise publicly. CON slowly fell apart, Jake sided with the wrong people in internal drama and almost assuredly everyone involved eventually discovered that SecretGamerGrrl was Jake Alley.
Jake has never truly forgiven Zoe Quinn for this set of events which she probably had very little to actually do with no matter what kind of scam she was running. At one end of his emotions he expresses anger; claiming she stabbed him in the back and was an abuser even though they do not seem to have interacted even all that much online, let alone in real life, unlike Jake's interactions with other members of the group. On the other end he claims it's all due to made up misunderstandings that unnamed whisper networks used to convince yon fair maiden into believing that Jake was actually a racist terrorist leader. He has written a number of instances of his own "Zoe Posts" that all indicate the same thing: it was Jake's fault. Zoe simply ignores him. His answer to this has been to spend over three straight years on Twitter begging people to explain the "misunderstanding" to Zoe, suicide baiting to get Zoe to respond to him, being incomprehensibly vague in attempts to get Zoe (or others) to respond and occasionally getting fed up and denouncing the abuser. He claims to have never told the story even though, as per usual, he has pretty much told almost every aspect of the story except a few connecting details.
Sexuality
Jake has openly stated that he has never had a relationship, date or actual sexual encounter. He generally says he is asexual but prefers the new sliding scale where asexuals are into sex sometimes. However in general this is one of his least major lies as it’s arguably the best description of at least his public expressions of sexuality. He often seems more interested in getting a new mother to care for him from sliding into DMs instead of sex. It is however also worth noting that Jake has claimed to have been sexually assaulted up to some lesbians trying to correctively rape him, so the trauma of that non-event may have driven him to asexuality.
