Trump, who has delibrately blocked people from getting coronavirus testing

Define 'blocked from getting coronavirus testing'.

I actually had a cough over the weekend, and went to my local GP. I was blocked from testing, too - not because of any fault of theirs, but because they were limiting testing to people with certain key characteristics. I didn't have a fever or shortness of breath, and my breathing seemed clear.

Is he blocking people from testing, or is he limiting it to people who need it?

For the two years thing, it's worth remembering that the interesting numbers are the ones on the extreme ends of the bell curve. The hundreds of locations providing rational limits and information are not necessarily the guys the media is talking to. They're just as likely to find a small group of loonies and treat them as if they have any legitimacy at all.

According to most reliable sources NY has been outpacing WA for a couple of days now. Hell, the only reason WA was outpacing us in the beginning is because they had wider access to testing from the start.
