This just postpones the shit that he’s in. He’s still gonna have to face the music once the coronavirus lockdown rules start to become more lax and in typical Phil fashion, he’s not going to change anything that could possibly help him until then.
Look, you're just jealous and don't understand how this works like an adult does AHAHAHAHAHA. Hate all you want, but you can't kill the King of Hate.

Sure, you literally just say to Twitch on the 10th or so of the month "Hey any money you're holding for Phil Burnell, SSN XXX-XXX-XXXX, redirect to us as part of this court ordered judgement." Same thing for YouTube on like the 15th or so.
If Dave’s pissed as much away on gacha straight from his Paypal as I suspect, like @AnOminous has mentioned, the trustee could potentially force him into receivership. The trustee would receive his income, pay his debts, then Phil gets his budgeted amount to live on. The beauty about this arrangement is that every extra shekel would go to his debts. In a traditional 13 plan, there is a little wiggle room for a couple hours of overtime here and there. Not so in receivership.

That's what I've been saying, just because they might shut down
May only apply to HUD.
That and there is noone residing in the Connecticut condo and even if they did take the Washington residence who knows how long the filing would take I think the whole executive order is for immediate eviction and foreclosure meaning people and houses already in the process.
Update: yup the executive order is specifically for HUD properties nothing about privately held property DEBUNKED! *bottle crunch snort*.

Pigroach luck is in full effect.

His property is neither being rented or resided in.

This likely won't effect their foreclosure attempts as its an empty property and he hasn't paid for it in over a year.

He's not some poor dude living paycheck to paycheck who suddenly can't pay his mortgage.

He's maliciously refused to pay his agreements.

PigRoach Luck strikes again?

There's no one on the Connetikahndo.

Pigroach luck won't work on the tag team Olsen/Bankruptcy.

And no, he won't get help for his debts or payments due to COVID. It literally makes no sense to give help to someone that has declared bankruptcy because he carries nearly half a million of debt.

Which he makes from home. The virus doesn’t impact his ability to play vidya therefore it doesn’t impact his income. He shouldn’t be eligible for that reason alone.
entertainment will get hit when the economy dips because people don't have the disposable income to waste. but dsp might be somewhat more recession proofed if his audience is mostly giving him their government disability bux.

I would assume Phil's income of ~$110k is too high for any stimulus checks, but who knows.

Current thresholds look to be $75k for singles and $150k for married couples. Even if he gets it, evidence shows it will be completely squandered or put to use paying for some of his lawyer's fees. It'll also take a while--the cash payments are part of the 3rd response bill, which is currently being hashed out. Looks like the GOP and white house will put together something, then go to the Dems in house and Senate. That'll take some amount of time.

No doubt it is affecting him emotionally. He has such a tender soul.
