In a traditional 13 plan, there is a little wiggle room for a couple hours of overtime here and there. Not so in receivership.

Current thresholds look to be $75k for singles and $150k for married couples. Even if he gets it, evidence shows it will be completely squandered or put to use paying for some of his lawyer's fees. It'll also take a while--the cash payments are part of the 3rd response bill, which is currently being hashed out. Looks like the GOP and white house will put together something, then go to the Dems in house and Senate. That'll take some amount of time.
