My theory on this--and I admit it is only a theory as I have no direct evidence, my guess is based only on behavior I've seen from other bottom-feeder grifters in the past--is that Wife Beater doesn't actually have a separate residence. Instead, he's using someone else's address (probably another bottom-feeder grifter like himself and Fivehead) on his paperwork to perpetuate the fiction to the government that he and Fivehead are not actually married and do not share a household. Fivehead gets a lot more gibs for herself and her poor abused kids if she claims she's the only support the kids have. It's a very common scam among gutter trash like her.

If my theory is correct, then there is no other residence for Fivehead and her abuse victims to go to. They'll end up living in a car, in a shelter, or crashing on someone else's couch/in a spare room. I feel bad for those kids, I honestly do.
