Also, according to Phil the bankruptcy AND Ckhando foreclosure is delayed because of corona.
Clipped for archival purposes.

Q: "Will the Corona virus delay your bankruptcy stuff?"
A: "Yeah, it already has! It has delayed several different things going on. There was supposed to be foreclosure on the CT place, that's been on hold. I was supposed to have a meeting with creditors, that's on hold. Everything's on hold for the Corona virus! Nothing we can do!"

Oh, and here's a bonus clip of DSP naming two things he'll do when he's out of debt and has money again, like going on honeymoon and improving "the business" (new PC, better camera etc.). He also mentions things are "looking better long-term if things work out with the bankruptcy and everything else that's going on" and he deems it possible for the two things listed above to happen at some point.

Gotta love how he's already thinking about spending money he doesn't even have yet. I'd be saving up and/or investing that honeymoon money for the currently non-existing retirement fund, tbh.

But hey, what do I know, right? I'm just a dumb idiot detractor.

-EDIT-

Btw, is he lying about the virus causing his 341 meeting to be delayed? I haven't been following this thread closely the past couple of weeks, but didn't his meeting get rescheduled because he simply didn't show up? Or was it some general, undisclosed reason in the end? I didn't quite catch that.

And what about the CT kahndo? Wasn't the foreclosure put on hold simply because he filed for bankruptcy?

other people showed up for their 341 meetings, court wasn't closed and there wasn't any restrictions on public gatherings

and the CT foreclosure was delayed because he filed for bankruptcy

maybe he was talking about the relief from stay hearing on April 10th, maybe that will be delayed due to corona, the date was set before the govt stepped in a shut everything down so probably

but 341 meetings can still be held by phone, there was a blurb that specifically mentions this

his 341 was rescheduled to the 26th, so we'll see what happens

please don't show up again phil

No Trumpbux for Phil

Interesting thing about this is that if it was based on 2019, they would probably get the full $2400 because the cap (proposed) is $150k adjusted gross income for married filing jointly. But since it's 2018, he filed individual, so he'd be limited to the max of $95k or so and will get nothing.

Has Phil said that Tuesday is his day off next week yet?
Yes he did specify this yesterday during the pre stream, which I was fortunate enough to attend.

It is strange though, because originally he said he had to get groceries for " a week and a half" -- suggesting he was going to take Thursday off as would be logical. Maybe he is corona-skipping the court dates now.

So I did hear him correctly yesterday, also when he mentioned his week and a half. Wasn’t that in reference to his groceries for his last 341 meeting that he didn’t attend?

Phil talks so much about past, present and future with lies and retcons, having a hard time keeping up with all the bullshit he says.

The 5th of March was the Thursday before the weekend when the first death occurred in Kirkland and measures to shut things down didn’t start until the 16th. So it’s either he skipped on the court date and asked for an extension and got it. Or he knew that his lawyer had a stand in and wanted her to be with him in the 341 meeting. Probably the ladder.

As for it delaying the future meeting on the 26th (correct me on that date as I forget) it could but at the same time it also couldn’t. The actual court is closed for non-violent trials and the 341 meeting is not included in “the court” so we wont know until the 26th (or what ever date it was changed to)

His wheelchair fans will give theirs to him, so it balances out.

I have a feeling he's going to skip out on these meetings again because he thinks the coronavirus delayed everything.
Skipping 341’s under the assumption that they’re cancelled despite not being explicitly told so would be the most Phil way to fuck up a bankruptcy. Regardless of whether it’s the first world of a game or the first meeting of a bankruptcy, his laziness and lack of reading will always screw him over on what should otherwise be one of the easiest parts that everyone else gets through without any trouble.

Now known as a Philibuster.
Not if they filed jointly
It's based off 2018 taxes. He wasn't married yet.

Why the fuck would she? She’s a dumbass but she has to know that her husband sinks all his cash into a fucking mobile game.

Phil will tell us what she got anyway.
He will either flat out tell us, or he will fuck up and say she's playing her new console / games / on her new TV.
But he could also lie, so fuck us.

I think he's going to skip out on meetings because he's a scared little bitch that hasn't been held accountable for anything in well over a decade.

Once he skipped the March 5th meeting, everything is on the table now as far as what he could do. Even if you want to give him the "his lawyer wasn't going to be there" excuse, any rational person still would have attended the meeting in person as a show of faith to explain that to the judge.

Hell, he might just skip the meetings because he thinks he's above them. He thinks he's above everything. If DSP was good at thinking about long-term consequences, he wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.

This is a 37-year-old man who never once thought it would be a good idea to set aside a percentage of his income for federal taxes. Then he said once "well I needed that money to pay bills!" Dumbass, that wasn't your money to spend! How does a 37-year-old business major not know not to fuck with the IRS?

Yeah that's my feeling too and he'll make some shit up about miscommunication (IE: a certified letter sent by a sheriff isn't email morahn court). I don't see the state putting out a order to shut down bankruptcy courts in the middle of the week unless the outbreak got substantially worse and it hasn't and once again they could just do this through a phone call which he'll probably ignore as well. I don't see any of this luck of the pigroach noise if there's a delay all it's doing is making him accrue more debt with no relief in sight and from what I'm seeing is that we're hoping to get that moment where he gets torn into by the trustees and have it on camera.

Prestream says Tuesday is his day off. I think this idiot is assuming his 341 hearing is postponed.
