There was another increase in coronavirus cases in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and officials said the numbers would continue to rise.

Please ... let's not resort to crude stereotypes and dated information about communities in LA, such as Compton ... or any community on the map, for that matter.

Compton is no paradise, but law enforcement has cleaned up a lot of the crime problems that were going on in the 1980's, 1990' and 2000's.

Downtown LA will likely get hit the hardest due to the homeless, apartment dwellers, and overcrowded conditions.

Please don't take this as a personal attack. I just want to throw in my 2 c. to avoid the spread of misinformation and anxiety.

Compton is no paradise, but law enforcement has cleaned up a lot of the crime problems that were going on in the 1980's, 1990' and 2000's.

Does anyone have that source from China a month or two ago about what they were spraying? The source that said it was like fermented kitchen waste?

Apparently, with the two strains of corona-chan, if you get the S strain and you get over it, the antibodies will work on the L strain. To remind, the S strain is the more virulent but less deadly version that aerosolized and the L strain is the deadly version that spreads through fecal matter but not droplets. Could it be, that the CCP were spraying their people with S strain to rush-innoculate their people?

Tested 66,976 (+2355)
Positive 3,983 (+714)

Dead 177 (+33)

All pubs, clubs, restaurants, gyms, cinemas, leisure centres are to close as of tonight.

However, restaurants are to be given help in converting and setting up a take out service to help limit social interactions.

Other sweeping measures include help for the self employed to access statutory Sick pay at the same rate as everyone else.

80% of wages for employees put out of work by this measure is to be paid up to £2,500 a month.


London is responsible for 1/3 of all UK cases and was predominantly ignoring the advice given by the government. So Dad has to step in and fuck it up for everyone.

Germanies numbers are so high because there is alot of Testing going on. the mortality rate in germany is 0.2%, the rate in most other countries is 2,5% or higher with 5% in Spain. I would argue that germanies offcial numbers are just much closer to the real number of infected than other countries because of the testing.
100.000k tests this week, thats 0.1% of the population, much more than other countries did.

I don't know what would be worse, sucking it up and dying in some homeless camp, or being locked in with a narc spouse or predatory and sadistic parents.

My "thoughts and prayers" are with people who are "sheltered in place" with complete assholes.

At work and apart from the international terminal being near empty, everything is still running like normal.
company won't give overtime due to the virus and I heard the other terminal is in complete chaos
