Diseased #Comicsgate - The Culture Wars Hit The Funny Books!

You misunderstand. What I'm saying is that you could honest to god make the entire CG takedown series about ThatUmbrellaGuy alone and not run out of material.
  • Imagine a Southern, masked version of the Quartering that paraded his daughter around in between e-beefs and being a clickbait merchant
  • Claimed to have his duct taped mailbox in rural Tennessee "knocked down by SJWs" with no proof, got the police involved.
  • Rallied weebs and CG around the "mailbox incident" to raise 86K for his comic that other people wrote and drew
  • Secret Warcampaign affiliate.
  • His wife "Lola" aka "FUG" catfished members of Warcampaign and kept a collection of their cock pics for kompromat purposes.
  • His wife is actually 300 lbs (hence the name "FUG")
  • Doxxed himself when he trademarked the name "Renfamous" (a bluehaired woman on twitter) only for it to appear on the public register.
  • Regularly cries out in pain for his CG brethren to rally around him after picking fights and then doing dumb shit
  • Refuses to endorse CG products because of CG creators falling short of his standard, gotta make another "Johnny Depp is DONE"
  • Wrote some edgelord fiction about killing all the bullies in high school at the age of 37

Oh fucking yikes!

I knew he was a lil bit of a fucking weirdo, but that is some bizarre shit to be honest.

Did he really write a fanfic about himself killing high school bullies at the age of 37? lol. Man... These Warcampaign people get more and more pathetic the more I see about them lol.

War Campaign are quite literally the Praetorian Guard of ComicsGate.
If you know your Roman history, the Praetorian Guard protected the emperor.
However, some members of the Praetorian Guard actually turned on the emperor (some even declared themselves emperor after doing so).
13 emperors in total: Aurelian, Galba, Balbinus, Caligula, Caracalla, Commodus, Elagabalus, Gordian III, Numerian, Pertinax, Philip II, Probus, and Pupienus.
@FROG I would suggest you read on why these men were killed and take heed on how quickly a guard can turn on the one they were supposed to protect.

Thing is, what were the options? When Marvel started publicly chasing the SJW demographic, DC was quietly beginning to set their own outrage machine in motion, and satellite companies like IDW began to mirror the big two both in their books and on social media, where could a disgruntled buyer or shunned creator go? Aside from perhaps outfits like AP and Alterna - companies with a very limited title selection - the only avenue was a CG-type movement. With heavy-hitters like EVS, Malin, Boyette, and even Zack leading the charge, things SHOULD have been a no-brainer - that is, make SJW free comics, get them funded and distributed (maybe even on LCS shelves), and (ideally) present a solid front.

What happened to that plan? The best ones are almost always KISS in nature and this should've been no different. Saying a resounding NO to the likes of Marvel and DC had to happen in some way, shape, or form. Yes, I know there have been some extremely radioactive shenanigans from people like Waid, but that should've been expected and assetized as a rallying cry to expose these SJW creeps for the toxic people they are.

I THINK (or at least hope) CG is salvageable and all these feudal turf wars can be ended with a few simple email exchanges and phone discussions. However, it will require the involvement of people like Doug, Mike, JDA, and anyone else wishing to do some pushback against the SJW plague and I'll wager a fair number of those people will be on the other side of the political aisle.

United CG can stand, but divided it'll most certainly fall.

We're not divided. The fan favorites are here with me, and the customer base, obviously, is entirely here with ComicArtistPro Secrets.

Dan Fraga just claimed Mike S. Miller's old seat. Dan is an old friend from my early days with CyberFrog (he did the cover to issue #2 in 1996) a natural entertainer, a gifted artist and an actual benefit to ComicsGate.

CYBERFROG 2: REKT PLANET just brought in more in it's first week than BLOODHONEY brought in it's entire first month. I just experimented with some ComicsGate Live magic last night with the projects Eric Ninaltowski and Adam Post were promoting, and brought them each $2000 in fifteen minutes.

More creators are asking to be on my show, and a few big name pros are kind of circling and considering making the jump as well. Expect more of that as the industry collapses in the next two months.

I want to be kind in saying this. The other guys you listed need us. We don't need them. They aren't doing better having "left" ComicsGate, they're all failing. Even Doug TenNapel's BIGFOOT BILL sequel is floundering. It should be sitting at $300K right now, and it's stuck at five figures. I wish them all well, but we're not divided without them, we're united without them.

I can take ANY professional and make them successful. I even elevated Edwin Boyette to prominence for awhile. He's a construction worker from Hawaii. Anyone who comes along with us will win.

I guess it'll be another year before you catch on.

They never will.

Reactions: boofit and Detrogen
Imagine hating EVS so much that you would willingly hate-purchase RibbitCoin.
There's hate and then there's hate.

Roiloup is a retard. Here's how these coins are made.

I suppose you could PEEL THE INK OFF THE COIN. As you can see, it'll look white on the back, because white is the first layer of ink they place on the coin.

Sorry, not even the Corona virus can save Comicsgate.

Your buisness model is for a handful of folks making a good living from CG, propped-up and funded by a whole load of smaller creators buying access and getting little more than hobby expenses and an ass-pat in return. How do you think they are going to react when you start dragging in more of your buddies to hog the diminishing buyer-pool and they see their readership taking the hit (all while they are expected to pay for it)?

You've had opportunity upon opportunity to make Comicsgate into something good, but your shortsightedness, pettiness, and vanity have sabotaged it every time. I don't think you appreciate how many CG'ers are at the 'just one more thing and I walk' stage.

Don't get me wrong @FROG I would love nothing more than you to take the criticism on the chin, clean-house, and make CG halfway decent again. I don't think you're a bad person, when you're not succumbing to those who just powder your ego and pump-up your paranoia, and not using WC to gaslight and neg the people you want to control or discipline.

3200 backers in the first week for CYBERFROG 2. These aren't "smaller creators." These are viewers of ComicArtistPro Secrets and comic book readers.

My model is to encourage creative people to win their own audiences and market their comics to them. CAPS is a jumpstart for them. They can practice selling to MY fans. Or borrow larger platforms from other CGers.

This IS a good thing. Almost all of these smaller creators are succeeding and improving on their last performances. Some need lessons in salesmanship.

After the Direct Market collapses, which is coming faster than any of us anticipated, indie creators will be on their own. They'll benefit from this network.

I've got plenty of energy to keep it going, and I will do so.

Yeah, just look at how the upcoming Rekeita-Doug stream was down-voted very quickly. I seriously despise this vendetta against Doug. It does nothing but show these people their true colors. God, I still remember how the lot of CG were so sympathetic to Edwin after he very likely was swatted by those nasty SJWs we were all warned about by them. Now look at their relationship.
The problem with Doug is that the allegations Ethan made about him wanting CG to be an anti-Rainbow attack squad are more or less confirmed by Doug's many comments since then. Calling them "Comicsgay" and cringy stuff like that. Because of that stupid shit I'm glad he's gone and that EVS held the line there.

Just to throw EVS a bone here, the fact that Doug is vouching for guys like Maz/"Major Grubert" on the Dick Masterson show on the basis of familiarity really begs the question of how many other alt-right figures does Doug TenNapel secretly maintain connections with.
You're looking too much into it, Doug like Dick is willing to have a friendly chat with just about anyone. Also if Maz is any doing fucked up shit, I doubt Doug knows about it and just knows him as another art guy.

How many unique backers?
Whats the average number of times (for differing rewards) that a single backer backs the project?

These questions are the basis of the accusations that you're artifically boosting the numbers by 'gaming' indiegogo, and in reality your number of customers is somewhere around 50-75% that number.

As to the small creators, the general suspicion, after the Cridious revelations, is they are the one paying for the top, $100+, tier rewards, which doing the maths, are the source of the lion's share of your profit.

The warski stream on war campaign was really interesting and it's funny how doug and mike being Christian is a bad for cg yet Ro's tweets about black people and gay people is ok? That means vestige hates black people? How do you feel about that @FROG, Ro tweets about a "bunch of black people?" You should hold the same standards about Ro's "bigotry" like you did Doug's "Homophobia?" And Earthwarm Jim 2 isn't a "spite campaign" he doesn't even have any reference of cg but cecil's cash grab is more of a spite campaign since dirtworm doug is a shot at doug.

Nobody suspects this except for looney tunes like comic book hut. You're being ludicrous.

...yeah that's a bit much because that would then mean people are at minimum paying 400 bucks. I mean granted the 200 dollar "deal" is ridiculous as it is, but 400? You might as well use that to buy a ton of older comics.

As delicious as this salt is:

Listen, I have no way of knowing how many "unique backers" have backed CYBERFROG REKT PLANET thus far. It isn't relevant, nor would it make this campaign different than ANY crowdfunder that anyone is doing or has done. Every campaign has backers who back more than once.

All things being equal then, this campaign is still destroying records.

"The Cridious Revelations". Stop. This shit is funny. I've sold 886 HONEYCOMB BOX sets. Are there that many of these apparently super wealthy small creators to pop $200 into one of those? For what reason? To win me over? How would I notice them within 886 sold items?

How many creators do I even promote these days? Maybe 10?

The reality is:

CYBERFROG: BLOODHONEY was a hit.
I vigorously hyped the sequel.
I opened up Email list on IGG for fans to be alerted to the campaign launch in exchange for a trading card.
I received over 4000 email addresses.
I MailChimped them all a 24 hour warning that let them preview the campaign.
I MailChimped them all a notification that the campaign was live.

So at least 800 people who signed up for the notifications haven't backed it yet.

This is very real. You're looking at a very successful campaign here, my friend. Thanks for the concern though!

There's no way Comicsgate could ever achieve the levels of trust necessary to pull of some Hut-imagined money laundering conspiracy. Even if it was a good idea to shuffle money between campaigns, giving IGG a cut during each swap, which it isn't.
What's to stop any one of the conspirators from just keeping all of Ethan's money and simply not giving it back/passing it along? What's he going to do about it? Send Ro Kabir to dildo meme my facebook page?

I don't care that Doug or Mike are homophobic, I just wanted them both to keep it to themselves while they were actively appearing on ComicsGate Live livestreams. Afterall, Doug got a bunch of SJW's attacking him for misgendering someone and I was fully aware of it before I even started promoting BIGFOOT BILL.

The point isn't to have any one set of beliefs or politics, it's just to Sell The Hotdogs.

Ro isn't a creator, he's a YouTuber and a superfan. He can do or say whatever he wants.

He's also friends with mendelson. He's oddly principled.

As delicious as this salt is:

No salt. You made a really expensive box to put your two comics slapped together in, and that did gangbusters. Congrats on milking more money from less people. I don't cry over the stupid, I'd dehydrate.

I don't care that Doug or Mike are homophobic,

Made up, SJW words. And you wonder why they didn't want to associate with you. You say you listen to Richard. Go back. No one wants to be with someone calling you an its or a phone.

If only those christians wouldn't say controversial things... Can't be controversial. That's bad.

The point isn't to have any one set of beliefs or politics, it's just to Sell The Hotdogs.

They seem to be doing that. Without 200 dollar gimmick boxes. So good, everyone has a stand.

Ro isn't a creator, he's a YouTuber and a superfan. He can do or say whatever he wants.

You fucking fraud. VESTIGE. But I agree. What he says and does is his business. Just makes you a hypocrite.

Doug TenNapel still beats you though. Earthworm Jim is the most successful crowdfunded comicbook, followed by Icarus of the Sun. In terms of successive campaigns, your not even close to Brian Pullido who's Lady Death has raised over 2.6 million dollars so far, and every campaign of his grows in value and backers. His most recent Lady Death #11 is his best performing campaign yet. If you want to include webcomics then Order of the Stick is the most successful crowdfunded comicbook. As pathetic as you find webcomics, its even more pathetic that they out perform a former DC artist like yourself.
Ro isn't a creator, he's a YouTuber and a superfan. He can do or say whatever he wants.
Ro heads the Warcampaign youtube channel, the official channel of your superfans. You've appeared on his stream many times, your presence alone valids his perceived position within CG. Ro is also the manager/creator of the Vestige campaign, didn't you do the cover for that campaign? I wonder what Bleeding Cool, Polygon and all the other usual suspects would think of you working and collaborating with someone who expressed those views.
