Respectable Lawyer is an Antifa propagandist, and absolute slime BTW. He made a lengthy tweet chain about an incident in Portland where he said American Guard members (basically Proud Boys lite) were running around attacking people with hammers, brave Antifa soldiers chased them away, and Andy Ngo unfairly smeared "innocent people." He used a few still images and brief trimmed clips that were a few seconds long to make his argument.

"Weren't doing anything violent." Remember that.

As you can see, the American Guard members never even managed to set foot outside of their bus before they got rushed. One of them did brandish a hammer at Antifa members... while they were trying to drag his friend out of the bus to do god knows what, but hesitated to swing it, which resulted in the hammer getting grabbed from him and thrown back at him. Respectable Lawyer took a shot of the guy brandishing the hammer, and removed all the other context. He knew exactly what the fuck he was doing when he cut out the bus getting rushed and the AG member getting grabbed.

This video is also age restricted on Youtube for some baffling, not at all suspicious reason (seriously, there's no blood or anything, worse videos are unrestricted), but thankfully the ERL embed system bypasses that fuckery so you can watch it without signing in or having a Youtube account here.

Oh, I definitely agree the SJW's are quadrupling down on their bullshit more than ever but I also think this may be the real straw that breaks the camel's back in the long term.

One of the reasons why SJW's are so successful is due to major corporations pandering to them and backing their plays thanks to Twitter and social media in general amplifying the reach of the loudest voice in the room, even if said voice is not that of the average normie that actually buys their products and works their jobs.

Add in the echo chamber effect inherent to social media, and that's why the SJW's were able to succeed at influencing the culture where their Religious Right predecessors failed.

Now those same corporations that backed the SJW's now have much more pressing concerns in this pandemic and the economic panic that resulted from it.

"Get Woke, Go Broke" has happened too many times to be ignored, especially now that the good times are no longer rolling. Audiences don't like woke shit and now even SJW's are getting sick of this shit in certain cases like with the new Marvel comic. Now the economy isn't doing so hot and you have to go with what the people want if you want to hedge your bets.

SJW's only got the power and influence they've had throughout the 2010's thanks to corporate backing. Their biggest achievement on their own is the ability to make themselves look more numerous than they are with social media, which is why so many companies fell in line with them in addition to the traditionally progressive culture of the media.

Without the media and major companies backing them, they become a paper tiger. Now the real question is what will it take to get the companies to stop supporting them?

I agree. I think the main issue is that people don't want their noses jammed into it like a bad dog. People usually don't mind some kind of a "values" message in their media, as long as it isn't shoehorned into it in a way that detracts from the overall story or aesthetic.
