Post all your ideas for coping with you self isolation / quarantine here. Also Kiwi’s who are under lockdowns how are things going for you so far in your part of the world.

So far me and Mrs. BadAss are on day 4 of our 12 week isolation and we have enough to entertain ourselves. Supply situation is fine and i’m working from home for the foreseeable future.

i'm working from home half the week, and commute to my shop for the other half. it's difficult to describe how much logistics and planning i've done over the last couple months for operational efficiency and business continuity. then there's the compliance stuff that's coming down for the state to deal with the shelter in place / lock down orders for my employees. we're an essential industry, so we're somewhat exempt, but there's definitely a tired anxiety i'm observing from everyone.

i feel like an NPC trader in a post-apoc video game.

We're not under strict quarantine, yet, but work is closed like I suspected it would be. For a couple of weeks I've had that feeling I used to have when school gets close to summer break, you're just waiting for it.

I have toilet paper and pulp novels so there's no crisis in the toilet department and I'm incapable of being bored so I have that going for me. I do some other things that involves meeting people that could be considered a risk group, or vulnerable group, and my main worry is me getting pozzed and spreading it to them. I don't know what to do there, they need that contact and emotional support because they're getting pretty nervous, so me and others potentially going into isolation would pour fuel on their bonfire of anxieties.

No official lock down, but both O'Keefes working from home. Cats seem to be enjoying it.

Is quarantine even gonna do anything considering Amazon gives 0 shits about their employees with no masks and a whopping two weeks of paid sick leave if they actually have the wuhan virus?

Where I live has a 21 day mandatory nationwide quarantine. As long as the internet doesn't go out for an extended period of time, I should be OK. And even if it does, two decades of piracy has allowed me to build up quite the collection of movies, TV shows, books and vidya.

So the downstairs hallway of our flat has become a kind of de facto decontamination area. Anything brought from outside is wiped down with antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer is used immediately after. For added safety hands and arms washed with anti bacterial soap.

The stuff that has been wiped down is left to dry and then taken out of its packaging and stored appropriately. We aren’t getting fresh fruit or veg at the moment only frozen to help stop the virus possibly lying on fresh produce.

Supposedly, the UK government will pay my wages soon so it's fine.
I'll still look for a supermarket job starting tomorrow but for now, I'm enjoying my first holidays in a long time.

I'm a musician and working full time makes it hard for me to create anything but now, it's my time to shine.
I've got an album with 20 songs all written and arranged, now I've got time to record and mix the damn thing.
My Youtube channel will also enjoy an onslaught of new videos.
I'm also making up exercises to keep my body fit while all the places I usually train at are closed.

I'm working from home for now. In my downtime, I've been catching up on my reading, working a bit on my NWoD campaign, listening to some podcasts, going back and watching some Star Trek TNG. Pretty much just doing what I can to stave off boredom. Been eating more delivery than I probably should.

So far, me and my spouse are doing good, we just started our complete self-isolation alongside SIL.
A bit of work from home, chores, then lazing and watching TV, eating well, some cuddles and sex.

You can sanitize produce with a 0.5% bleach solution.

I live in North Carolina, and I've only gone outside once since Saturday the 14th. Most of my time has been spent dropping acid and playing Call of Duty: Warzone when it's not getting DDOSed.

Just another day for me. All of my classes are online anyway and I have a shitpile of anime, video games, and reading material on the backlog anyway so long as the internet or power goes out. Supplies are plentiful.

It's also giving me some wild dreams.
I had a dream last night that I was watching a metokur stream and his avatar was pacing back and forth from being quarantined for so long. Can't remember what he was saying but my dad was listening along and saying "damn straight." I got up from my desk and their was bags of pasta and pipes in piles everywhere and the sun was shining the brightest I've ever seen it. I look outside and in the sky is a gigantic plane a mile wide and as long as a train, followed by another long plane casting a shadow on our house. These planes was delivering supplies to aid people during the outbreak. All of the sudden one of the planes dips and chashes to the ground just a few miles away, causing a visible shockwave due to its massive size. Everyone is in shock and I freeze because I see the long body of the plane fall directly on top of us in slow motion and I look away and brace for impact. I wake up before it hits us.

i NEET it up in my basement like i always do, quarantine or not

only two things have changed for me:
first, i now put on a face mask and single use latex gloves when i go out to get groceries.
second, gym is closed and i don't have equipment at home except a pair of dumbells, so now the only exercises i do are dumbell curls, dumbell OHPs, dumbell squats and pushups.

The main differences for me are that my husband has been home more often, and the gym is closed. The latter is fine because I have a stationary bike and a stepper, plus I can still exercise outside if the weather is good (though it hasn't been). The former is becoming a problem. All of his hobbies (gaming, digital artwork) involve sitting in front of a screen in the main part of our apartment, he talks too much, and gets up early so unless I'm up at 5 or 6 a.m. every day, he's already up when I get up and talking to me pretty much as soon as I appear. I am a true introvert with mild [diagnosed] OCD, so I do not like to start my day like that. It's cramping my style re: my routine and we are starting to fight like we did when we lived in a tiny ~300 sq ft apartment in our early 20s.

Same NEET life as usual
Only thing is I miss my gf since i told her no touch and social distance so i have to cope with my hand.
