wasn't he singing praises about how "modern", and "much more modern" this game was on day 1

he seems to attempt to go "philosophical" when he gets his shit pushed in, trying to justify why he's shit at a game, it can never be because he's shit at the game and wants to stand in one spot & unload a clip, or run through a stage like a maniac-runs out of ammo, and blames the devs

trying to act like he's a methodical gamer, we all know he's full of shit

this specific viewpoint is probably because he has been watching a cam-less youtuber play, and the guy with a bigger following than him is on a harder difficulty and having more fun and making more $$ than dsp on journalist mode

Holy shit that is insufferable. He's a confused old man and the only thing he does in any game is wander aimlessly to kill time or backpedal/run while trying to potshot. Fucker got lost just jumping and climbing a wall there. He got lost in a closed arena. With badguys shooting him.

I like that the whole time he's sitting there bitching, he's not even trying to attempt to: shoot a freeze nade, alt sniper mode or sticky bombing the cannons off the enemies, using the dash, double fuckin jumpin, or meathooking with the super shotgun

You really don't need a cover system with this game when you have so many tools and options and probably covered a small bit of what any person would do in his situation. I'm sure there's more because I'm only on the 4th mission taking my time.

He really has not bothered to learn any of the mechanics, doesn't use any abilities, capitalize on enemy weaknesses or move about. The game is designed so that you have nowhere to hide in the arena and you need to keep on the move Phil.

"Cover system" for fuck sake, I have never heard someone say that OG Doom or a Doom like FPS has a "cover system". I think I understand what he is trying to say but that style of FPS is completely different and incompatible with what they are going for with the new Doom games. When you have a labyrinthine map full of monsters then you can retreat or have a bulkhead to fight from, Doom Eternal is an arena combat game. Really what he wants is the ability to constantly make saves.

Basically, if his fans tell him that they don't wanna see a game then they can pretty much fuck off to watch another streamer. That's how much Phil cares about his fans

But he of course puts words into people's mouths by saying how people love their stream and thank him for doing what he's doing (lol nobody does that)

He says he's open to constructive criticism (which is a lie), if you say anything against what Phil does (even in a polite manner) he'll give you the response of a snotty brat, insult you and get a lean in ban. Ego as fragile as his health.

or like tevin pointed out, you get DSP watching himself and the pigpiggo bot picks that up as a seperate video even though it already exists

PigPigGo is pretty good, but it depends on YouTube's less than accurate auto subtitles.

YouTube thinks Phil has said "nigga" over 800 times. When watching the clips, he doesn't actually say that but since he has such a mush mouth YouTube thinks that is what he is saying.

The results can be funnier than his actual words.

and never forget, Cyberpunk is immature because they curse, according to dave. TBH I think that number is fairly accurate for that word. There have been plenty of times I've heard him literally say "fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, " He did it during his lion king (a children's game) stream. He just did it the other day too but I can't remember what game it was. To dave cursing in and of itself is a funny joke.

There are websites to cut snippets out of Youtube videos. I just used https://ytcutter.com/. You just paste the link, choose a start and end time and download the resulting video.

Gotcha, yeah I looked into a couple sites like that before and they all wanted me to create an account to actually get the clip so I was like fuck that (one wanted me to log in with my non-existent Facebook account. extra fuck that).
