Don't get excited about Phil saying he'll start the stream on 26th a bit later, he's just doing the same shit he did last time

Changes his day off the same day he had his court hearing, only for him to just not fucking show up. Now he conveniently says that the stream might start a bit late because of something, right on the same day he has his 341 meeting over the phone.

I don't know if he's trying to troll the trolls or something, but, whatever it is, is pathetic.

Did he took everyone by surprise by not showing up at the court hearing despite him taking that day off? Yes. But in the end he's the one looking like a 🤡

Surprising someone doesn't mean you are smart. If he dumped a bucket of pig shit all over his own head I would be surprised but he'd still have shit all over him.

What used car costs $380/month? Somehow that video makes even less sense now and I didn't think that was possible.
It's possible, but you have to be a fresh 18 year old boot in a large military town who has ignored everything his officers, SNCOs, and NCOs from company commander down to teamleader have told him. It happens all the god damn time in the military because kids are stupid.

As expected, DSP made the absolute fucking minimum down payment toward the Corolla.

Totally cut back, downgraded from a leased BMW to a $30K car.
He spent 30 grand on a 2017 Corolla?

With 6% interest?

To drive less than 40 miles a week?

I remember that video now where DSP claimed that he got a new car because a used car would have cost the same "per month."

A BMW of course.

Stupid ass question, then. What the fuck does that "reallocate my money" line really mean? That once he discharges the CC debt he'll have a bunch of extra money and so it won't be a problem? Cause that's not really a reallocation.
It's a typical piggo word salad to flex his mature adulthood to his waterhead fans. A lot of what he says doesn't really mean what he thinks he does but he says it anyways to escape from the fact he has a worse vocabulary than most foreigners I know.

The thing I keep coming back to and was reminded of again in this new filing about his car loan is the -$35. $35 fucking dollars. He wants all his debt discharged over being $35 a month short on his bills. In a perfect world his 341 meeting would go like "$500k in debt and short $35 a month to pay everything? The court orders you to eat out 1 less time a month and pay your fucking bills, case dismissed."

This would be another thing you're not allowed to do in bankruptcy. If you preferentially pay creditors, that will be reversed, even if you just pay off a debt shortly before declaring bankruptcy. It's treated more or less in the same way as a fraudulent transfer.

Actually, correct that, I just looked at what he filed and it's at least possible he's allowed to do this if he does it up front. It looks like Rochelle Shuffield signed off on this attempt, so it might be legit. I presume like anything else, the other creditors can object if this somehow impacts them.

Sorry if I'm mistaken, but is this still about the reaffirmation agreement? If so, it's completely legit ( i reaffirmed my car loan as well when filing) and something the filer chooses to do 100% - the lawyer does nothing but have the paperwork sent to them by the creditor being reaffirmed ( which they obv agree to).

Also, i still have my huge ass pile of bankruptcy papers/instructions/ etc. I'm sure most of this is online anyway, but regarding dsp's 341 meeting of creditors this week.. I wouldn't expect much to happen. My papers describe this meeting as such, "the meeting of creditors is a relatively painless hearing. 1 of our attorneys will be w/ you. The hearing is neither in a courtroom nor in front of a judge. The meeting of creditors is held before a trustee and will last approximately 2-5 minutes. The trustee will ask questions about your assets, debts, and background information."
......though i guess now w/ it being via conference call, much of that info is somewhat irrelevant..

Anyway though, i guess he could slip up potentially, and one would imagine that the trustee would have questions regarding dsps crazy income & fluctuating monthly debt.. but likely if anything happens, it'd be from a random audit or something... which I'm sure is quite rare.

I'm curious, though. Did you have 6 figures of income with minimal expenses? I don't think this 341 meeting is going to be as painless for Phil as yours was. He has a number of legit sketchy things in his filing, along with MidFirst's challenge.

"I have reallocated my WWE Champions expenses"

This literally makes no sense. If he has expenses that he can forgo to make his car payment, he has disposable income. He's basically admitting here, in writing, that his expenses are bullshit.
