Meanwhile hiding assets in something like your wife's account or a Swiss bank account is so blatantly underhanded that there's no room for debate whether it's malicious or ignorant; the criminal intent is obvious.

It does happen, albeit rarely. But usually, you're just in the situation where you failed to declare something accurately in your original bankruptcy filing and didn't amend it given the chance, so now it's not in the bankruptcy estate. So basically you played yourself, and instead of punishing you further, they're just "I guess we'll be taking that then."

Can Phil possibly dig himself out of this mess with his current earnings and lifestyle? I'm not American so I don't know how bankruptcy works there

Yes. Other than the CT condo. That's a goner. He couldn't and probably shouldn't even try to save that because he's so far underwater it wouldn't be worth it.

In fact, it's so possible for him to pay his bills without bankruptcy that I wouldn't be surprised if they just dismiss his case and tell him to fuck off and pay his bills. They might prefer Chapter 13 just because it allows them to have judicial oversight over the pigroach payment plan, where if he fucks up they can just take him right back into court.

That's why I anticipate at least one of them goes for this if they don't go for a straight up dismissal just for the obvious fraud.

I'm going to assume he will skip the phone call, his posturing about being late for tomorrow's stream is so last-minute that even he probably doesn't know if he's going to call in or not. If he does actually decide to engage the trustee, I think the fact that it's over the phone may be even worse for him. He won't be as meek as he would be in person, and if he feels that the trustee is hostile, I could see him having a reaction that would be hilarious for us.

So he's just lying here about qualifying for "0% financing for 72 months" and signing for "a good interest rate"? He went on and on about used car interest rates being shitty, is 6.14% a "good interest rate" on a car loan?

Yes he is full of shit on everything he said. First he said he got "Thousands of dollars off" he got $2000 of. He probably could have gotten this much or frankly more by just negotiating.

Here is the proof the interest rate was 6.14 before and after, also the other document in the post earlier is the original sale agreement and it clearly shows 6.14%.

It is possible that they told him he got 0.0% and later changed it on him, that would be pretty funny because that makes him a sucker, but we already knew he was a banks favorite customer. 6.14% is a terrible rate on a new car. Not too sure on a new car APR at the time, but I would guess you would have expected under 3% to be considered "good." A good used car rate would have been probably between 3 and 4% so he got a higher rate than a used car loan, used cars always have higher interest rates. It was in fact not a buyers market, at least for DSP.

He was definitely lying about getting a good interest rate. A good interest rate for a car loan is 2-4%. You can go get a "just give me some money" loan with no collateral for 6%.

I still maintain he got a 0% down "deal" with that atrocious interest rate. The dealership saw a ready and willing sucker and took him for all he was worth. That contract maximized the amount of time on the loan with a high interest rate.

Probably. He still has to pay the interest, just when the loan is over he owes them a $5K lump sum for it.

That's a problem for future Phil, not present Phil.

Whether he answers or not, it's gonna be hilarious regardless.

If he doesn't answer, we'll just get to laugh further about how he digs himself in an already deep hole and about how he's starting the stream late anyways because he prob thinks he has something better to do.

If he answers, we'll get to hear him how he behaves off stream.

Tick Tock Failbert! Less than 20 hours........
Meanie. Do you want him to suffer from a sleeping agent overdose? ... Actually, that's very clever. I wonder if the producers have planned that far ahead for the tomorrow episode.

This is why I don't think we should immediately dismiss any chance that Phil sees jail time. Do we really think Phil is above trying shit like this? Or blatantly lying on his taxes? Anything is on the table with this clown.
I don't think so personally, but then again the last years have shown within the DSP autism sphere ANYTHING goes. So, eh, yeah, maybe.

Dawn of the Final Day image, a second time.
I am trembling with anticipation. Let's hope neither detractors, nor wheelchairs will ruin this. Let the pig ruin this himself.

Ok so got two questions not sure if been answered yet but firstly do we know this court in question has actual video recordings of the 341 hearings in general and second has anyone gauged the time taken to get a transcript from a different hearing?

The 341 isn't technically a hearing because there's no judge, but it is, supposedly recorded. It's an audio recording, though. I have no idea what the timeline is for it. Sometimes audio recordings or transcripts are not available for some lengthy period of time but there's no particular reason that would be the case with audio recordings.

But what does that have to do with anything? She had deputies there to handle the other clients. Is Phil's case so much of a trashfire that they have to call in the big boss? Is he paying for anything like that? (no)

it sounds slimey, his lawyer didn't request a continuance, I remember LSB's mole saying one of her replacements had to ask for it to be continued after DSP was called

I know it may sound stupid but the thing I am most hyped for is to finally hear Phil interact outside of savespace. Any recorded interaction we had from Phil in the last year's has always been on his terms. With him being able to censor or ignore anything he doesn't like. But this time he won't be able to hide without royally screwing himself.
