In before Phil cancels stream because "I'm not feeling well."

Don't blue ball us Phil. Get on the couch and start the stream up.

I dare say I may even actually tune in to one of YOUR live streams for... possibly the second time in my life. Not a darkdave restream, not a detractor recap. YOUR raw unedited stream Phil. I want to watch YOU, niggèr.

(The only other time I did this was the post wedding stream.)

So I missed the hearing unfortunately but some Twitch streamer got on the call while impersonating a Citibank creditor?

Jesus, the 'Tism Vortex around Phil never ceases to amaze me.
Jury is out; account on the Farms is @nohandsboi and he claims to have bought some of DSP's debt.

So our Debt collector is a kf resident and a dectractor.

Best time line?

He purchased Phil's debt for pennies on the dollar in hopes of collecting for Citibank. Which means hes repping Citibanks line of credit.

Which is why he went in so hard on Phil in the phone call.

If he really is legit, and thats with a grain of salt folks, then that was truly funny.

No, he got on as an interested party in the Citibank debts, which he genuinely is, and intends to purchase it for what he quoted as the current going price of $.02 per $1. Good deal

“All the listed electronics are used solely for the purpose to stream games” what other electronics does he have?
He's got a TV in the living room that he watches his WWE network on (and she knows he has WWE network)

yeah they didn't listen to the 50 meetings before Phil's, this was an utter disaster for him
Absolutely - this was basically an information-gathering session that she will use later on to pick apart his filing. She can't be expected to gather the filer's information and then grill him immediately, that would just increase her chances of error. This way she can go back through, get his PayPal statements, and call him out on the bullshit $5k/mo business expenses.

I also don't think this went well for him at all. Many of the other calls were a few minutes, open-and-shut cases, but Phil's lasted nearly 40 minutes and involved him perjuring himself under oath, lying and attempting to weasel his way out of the business expense question to the trustee. His answers were not illuminating in the slightest, and I'm pretty sure after this drubbing that he's going to get converted to Chapter 13 or have the case flat out dismissed.

If you noticed, Phil claimed that all of his electronics were "for the business", but then confirmed that he had a WWE network subscription that couldn't possibly be for the business (is he watching it for recreation on his business TV?). The order in which the trustee asked those questions tells me that she definitely knows he's full of shit.
