Also noteworthy is the behavior of his lawyer. Many of you early on in the game theorized that she was a hack fraud dirt cheap bankruptcy mill that had no idea what she was doing. I didn't believe that, but when she said "yeah it's hard to tell which electronics are personal assets and which are business assets so we kinda, just, lumped em together..." was the moment I realized I was completely wrong about Rochelle. She has unknowingly and unwillingly entered the autism sphere, and outed herself as being the fraud she is.

Just, wow. WAOW. My heart is still beating so fast. I'm fascinated and horrified by everything.

TLDR his lawyer sucks as much as he does

Some big questions.
First, will the Paypal statements be public information if they are used as evidence?

Second, I don't know how much info Paypal statements reveal? Do they show who is sending him the money? Phil claims anyone who tips him is safe if they type 'anonymous' or use a different name.

If these statements were public, would we be able to see which of his paypigs (i.e. PlanetJeff) were still sending him money?

This would throw a big wrench in Phil's narrative of 'sending me money is totally safe and undoxable' if this turns out to be the case.

Don't know what would show up on the actual statement, but every Paypal donation would have an associated email address. It's why Phil sometimes just thanks a person for a large donation and sometimes immediately checks his phone to see if it's legit. He knows the emails of his whales.

Agreed. She's the least professional sounding lawyer I've heard. Even after that with how she handled the Citibank "troll", not impressed to say the least.

I don't really care if @nohandsboi is a legit debt buyer or just a troll, he made the call entertaining and let Phil sweat a little so I can appreciate that.
At least he didn't call in just to play soundclips like some other faggots.
I I think some of those clips may have just been the streamer playing them on his stream, and not on the call

Surprise surprise. You get what you pay for.

Not sure if anyone's pointed this out but,

Phil MASSIVELY understated the cost of his monthly subscriptions. He said he spends about $50-$60 per year on his online gaming memberships. Lets take a closer look at that:

Monthly:
Xbox Live: $9.99 x 12 months = $119.99/year
PSN: $9.99 x 12 months = $119.99/year
Nintendo: $3.99 x 12 months = $47.99/year
WWE Network: $9.99 x 12 months = $119.99/year

Yearly:
Xbox Live: $59.99
PSN: $60
Nintendo: $19.99
WWE Network: Does not offer yearly, but I found a Best Buy prepaid card for 6 months for $59.94 x 2 = $119.98/year

So not only did he FLAT OUT LIE to the judge, but he also showed the entire world that he makes terrible financial decisions by paying for memberships he barely uses.
Note: He barely goes online anyways because he's too much of a coward to face other people.

EDIT: Even if he did pay for his memberships yearly instead of monthly, his collective yearly average would still be WAY higher than the figure he gave the trustee. It's undeniable that he is deceiving the court and fabricating his numbers. He wasn't even properly prepared to give accurate figures to the trustee. Finally, assuming that he paid yearly for his memberships would mean Phil made a smart financial decision.
