What do you guys think the likelihood is of Phil withdrawing his bankruptcy filing after the trustee requested his PayPal activity? I feel like that’s the best bet for him now in order to avoid further perjury.
I want to say zero because doing that would be fucking suicide, but DSP has always been better at shooting himself in the foot than anything else I've ever seen.

If he did withdraw it, it wouldn't be because he's afraid of perjury (he can't be milked for money if he's rotting in jail, court needs him on the outside sweating), it would be because he doesn't want us to know that information.

The trustee can't dismiss the bankruptcy herself but its her job to build a case that shows the judge they should dimiss/force chapter 13/etc and they get a commission for doing so successfully.

Nancy literally gets paid to fuck over Phil. Its why she let all the basic cases go through, because Phil has a chance of easy money.

This meeting was the easiest its going to get. If you get a 'see me after class' from the state your name meeting, you fucked up bad.

Someone should probably clip a random 341 meeting from the calls today to show how one 'should' go.

He's not paying the CT condo and it's being foreclosed on. That's going away. As for the rest, that's much less than the $5,000 he claims to make every month.

until the title has been changed on the CT condo, he's still on the hook for HOA fees for that condo

90% of the calls were "State your name. Provide your ID. You can go now." with maybe a question or two on their job and income. I don't know if many realize how different Phil's was compared to everyone else.

One thing I was thinking about today during the phone call; after Nancy requests 6 months of Phil’s PayPal accounts, Rochelle quickly interjects “I think I actually have those”. I wonder if she is being complicit in hiding the accounts or if she actually has no clue Phil is hiding that extra money. It seemed like her quick retort was a desperate attempt to make the trustee think there was nothing shady happening.

I assume the paypal records are just for the trustee to determine if Phil's spending isn't fraudulent. No chance of us seeing his 50 bicheers going to hulk hogan bills.

Also with the trustee listing off all of Phil's gaming shit, he's gotta know that 'tractors got to the trustee and that she knows about a bunch of his shady shit that he was hoping to slide under the radar.

Since the trustee requested PayPal records for the last 6 months, are they gonna be public too?

trustee has 10 days to look into his stuff after today

whether his paypal is made public or not, we'll have a good idea of whether or not she fell for the bullshit

Needless to say, the court tends to give a lot of weight to the trustee's opinion.

He can't. Legally he can't. Once you file for Chapter 7, it has to be seen through. Only a judge can terminate a Chapter 7 once it is filed. Which is probably what will happen at this point.

You can file to dismiss your own Chapter 7, but it isn't guaranteed you'll be allowed to do so. As with any other motion, any interested party can oppose it.

I was able to upload files to KF again, so I've updated the OP with the recording. I got word the recording that was uploaded to Youtube had some sounds of Tevin's re-stream in the background, so I removed that one from the OP and added in my own recording, which is straight from the Twitch stream source with no added audio/stuff.
And I of course will add the official recording made by the court once it's available.

I'll also be looking at tidying up the OP a bit (read: use spoilers for every major update, IF it doesn't fuck up the formatting somewhere, which spoilers sometimes tend to do), because this beast of an OP is getting quite long and I do realize not everyone scrolls down all the way to catch up on the latest stuff.

Oh, and if someone has, knows of or wants to make a summary of the recording, highlighting the most important/interesting information (preferably including timestamps), let me know!

-EDIT-

Could someone please post Yacht guy's call?

I did record it, but I was a bit too late to hit the record button to catch the whole thing; you can still hear the "-in' easy" from "That was fuckin' easy". Oh, and I've made sure there's no personal information in this. Let's just keep it at...

Man I can't wait for April 10, midfirst bank will destroy Phil in the court.

best case scenario for dsp would be a payment plan for the $40-50k deficiency

worst case scenario, they want their money immediately, considering they specialise in debt collections, I hope they fuck him

there's still so many hoops they have to jump through, approval for the relief from stay, approval for the deficiency judgement, approval for the lien-then request a court order to force him to sell the WAkahndo if they want their money immediately, then waiting for someone to buy it

Wait, that makes no sense. Why would they force Phil to sell it?! They already started foreclosure, they will just continue with that if they get the relief from stay (interrupt me if I'm wrong). Phil will then be on the hook for the difference between the mortgage and however much the condo sells for.
