That might depend*. If his parents haven't totally enabled him, it's possible that they demand the money be used to pay any unpaid balance on the sanctions from his previous case(s) or his current legal fees.

Should Russ otherwise get the money and not have to apply it to existing debt, it will most likely be spent on something frivolous such as hookers (if they all haven't blackballed him yet), another lawsuit, or perhaps 10 seconds of his next greatest musical hit.

This assumes Russ filed a Federal 2018 income tax return and that he'd be eligible for a payment.

An accounting industry-related post I read earlier today suggested that payments might be based not only on 2018 adjusted gross income (AGI) figures, but also tax liability. If this is true, it's possible someone with zero tax liability (i.e. owing no federal income taxes) might get a reduced payment of less than $1200 or none at all. However, I don't know what details are present in the bill that passed, so it remains to be seen how much of a check -- if any -- people will receive if this situation applies to them.

Russ doesn't do things just for fun. Everything is towards his end goal of a gorgeous woman who is famous both making him famous and being his willing sex slave. That's why he doesn't really play video games (I think he played PUBG for a bit, but lost interest). I've never heard him mention a hobby or anything fun just for enjoyment. His "music" (and I use the term very loosely) is aimed at getting him into the music industry. What a joyless existence he must lead.

So I think its safe to say that Russhole has no idea how to have fun.

Instead, I think his narcissism drives him to want the Girlfriend Experience so he play pretend he's the cool guy doing the dating thing he's seen in movies, and most importantly - be seen doing it in public. For a lot of narcs the showing off aspect of sexual relations is more important than the actual coital act. I think it's all about boosting his ego, rather than getting off. True. I always just put that down to more of his hyperbole. It sounds like things he thinks he should say when he's pretending to be human. But maybe I'm being to hard on him and he does have some understanding of the concepts of love and romance after all. Either way, gross.

He does want an actual girlfriend. He made an appointment with some hooker back before he was banned, and then started threatening all the guys on her Facebook, telling them she was taken and they needed to back off. He was genuinely baffled when the sex worker yelled at him, cancelled the session, and told him she chooses her friends, not him. He really thought she was his girlfriend.

I think it's because he can not grasp the concept of love. He thinks he gets the real thing when he pays for GFE, and that relationships are just lasting and free GFEs. Like how both a free and a paid for meal is a meal. Telling someone he loves them is really just telling them he wants to have sex with them and put his mouth on their mouth. He does not seem to get things like friendship either, going on about how people are not friends if the object to his ramblings. IIRC a lot of social skills are learned through imitation, and you can't say Russell is very equipped to imitate anything other than a melted action figure, with his saggy face, clumsy body movements and all that. Honestly, I don't think he'd want a sex robot, precisely because a robot can't say no, can't be "wooed," and doesn't care that he's a songwriter who has kicked his disability's ass. There's no accomplishment in it that anybody could applaud him for. Any loser who could scrape together the cash to buy one could potentially own a sex robot, but you've got to be a real stud to get a hot human female (especially a celebrity) to fall for you. In fact, he'd probably be one of those guys who sees a guy with a sex robot as a loser, in the way that many incels see guys who pay for sex as losers.

He wants actual human women to fall for him (and onto his dick) as a way of proving he's desirable, successful, and has the ability to impress them. Yeah, he wants the physical experience of sex, but it's really about being able to prove to the world--particularly his birth family, as well as to other men--that he's just as able (if not more so) to be desired by the most attractive women. Getting a woman to desire him, who will not only willingly have sex with him, but also go out in public with him where he can show her off, is his thing. That's why he wants to go to dinner with every woman he creeps on--he wants to be seen in public, by others, in the company of a hot woman.

The women themselves are objects, their purpose is to provide sexual pleasure and impressing other men with what a "stud" Russell is. And yet, in a sense, they're no better than robots, in Russell's mind; he keeps using the same unsuccessful ploys to get their attention, because he sees women as "programmed" to respond favorably to them. But to Russell, that just means he has to put in "110% effort" to impress them, and in doing so he will be seen in an even more favorable light when he finally lands one.

It's not really about sex with Russell; it's about women as trophies he can display and brag about, and use as proof that he's been underestimated all along.
