I personally think it's just because Apple is expensive and he loves owning expensive things. He doesn't have a Mac so Its not because he cares that his devices match (though he has stated if he doesn't go to Anthrocon, he is going to get a macbook air.) He loves being the "just because I am poor doesn't mean I can't have nice things!!!' (yet owns incredibly expensive things...) poster child. I know he has to be diagnosed with some type of autism, so he might also just be a sped for Apple products but I think it's much deeper. He gets off on getting as much money as possible and spending as much as he can on stupid things. If money could be a sexuality, Lou would claim it.

I know I'm sounding like a broken record here, but not even his food purchases make sense. He seems to eat out nearly every day and more often than not, pays extra for delivery so most of his food purchases go into the "luxury" list alongside his art commissions and games.
Well actually it does make sense, this dude has plenty of money and whatever he does have to spend will be covered by his e-friends. He doesn't even have a phone bill to pay anymore because his online friend put him on their plan. He's rolling in money and probably richer than a lot of people in this very thread.

I hate to use this term, but it's truly the only thing I can think of to use in this instance...but Lou is just what folks 'round here call Nigger rich. He begs and begs to get what he has, he is in no way "rich." He likely has other means of government assistance and is a leech on the system. Most kiwis have (well...I guess had...hopefully still have!) life sustaining jobs and a few unlucky ones even have things like families and people who actually love them. Lou has no one. Remember, daddy raped him to "make him a man." Most of us actually have half a damn brain, and that isn't something money can buy. Lou doesn't even enrich the lives around him, or provide a positive environment for anyone.
Lou no doubt has tard bux that come in that his mother uses for bills, and the only way Lou will ever get money if it is begged. He will never get a job, and he will continue to throw tantrums and only make people hate him more and more. And then what? What happens when the pool runs dry and Mama Gag dies? He will certainly no longer be "rich", as Lou loves to pretend. He may be scamming and tard laughing while he stuffs his face with pizza...but it's going to end. And the chimpout is going to be worth every single MOTI feeling anyone in this thread has felt.

I should clarify that I meant he probably has more money in his checking account than a lot of us, not that he has any kind of sustainable living. Most kiwis work, but most kiwis are also paying their own bills and other living expenses. Meanwhile people are paying Louis to live, either directly to his paypal or indirectly through welfare and the only expense he has seems to be food so most of that money is just profit for him.
But yeah when his mom dies, he's going to be sucking dick on the street because rent is probably more expensive than however much he can beg.

The total so far is $12.62 if I did my math right, and that leaves plenty for whatever vegetables and spices he could use to cook the above with. This is enough multiple meals for less than it would cost to order a pizza. Obviously the prices listed online may not be the same at his local store, but my point here is that if he can afford fast food in the first place, he can buy enough food to get by at walmart.

Hell frozen pizza is cheap too. Depending on what kinds he gets he could get 8 pizzas for 20. Most aren't quite that cheap but you get the gist. Man I sure wish I had the money to get that much delivery. He definitely doesn't get that he is not living like a poor person.
I too want to see Lou's downfall. He was just pathetic to me at first but now I get angry because it's just part of the scam. It makes my day to see him get called out, especially when they are clearly using info garnered here.

Lou gets triggered by a positive reply meant to tell him it will get better, hang in there, as usual. Furry didn't realize that Lou has no interest in life getting better, because that would take actual effort outside of e-begging. His lies about living in a transphobic area are transparent as fuck because even if he was, it wouldn't fucking matter because he makes absolutely no effort to express that he is "trans" outside of his sperging on twitter. I've never seen a trans person that didn't obsessively do everything they could to purge their deadname from their accounts and if they couldn't, they whine constantly about it. Claiming to be trans is just part of the grift and if the trans community wasn't such an echo chamber of "everyone is valid no matter what" he wouldn't get away with it.

Oh, for sure. He turned up his nose at the low-end Android phone that Q Link Wireless sent him (for free, because he's supposedly too poor to afford phone service on his own) (and which, despite being low-end, is still a science fiction wonderdevice with a capacitive touch screen, a GPS receiver, mobile and Wi-Fi radios, and an accelerometer in a pocket-sized package that you can use to stream YouTube videos on the spot from just about anywhere within shouting distance of civilation) because muh lifestyle devices, then whined and complained until he found someone with the poor judgment to let him and his brand new iPhone piggyback on their data plan, also for free.

See, the problem is, he does eat more than lunch meat and 88 cent bread. This is a blatant lie. He regularly talks about ordering $20+ on fast food multiple times per week. This isn't something he has attempted to hide, the posts are all there on his account for anyone to see and archived if he deletes them. I might believe he's struggling if there wasn't so many posts detailing exactly what he spends his money on.

Louis had a podcast for two episodes in 2008 and 2009. Well, actually it was one episode and a short teaser for a second episode that was never published. He was one of many people at the time that thought he could host a tech podcast with no apparent qualifications other than wanting to do it. Still, he comes off as almost functional.
In fact, it's remarkable how one can chart his sad regression by looking through the archives of his old Twitter account. Back in 2008 he came across as an unremarkable mid-20s geek, chatting about mp3 players and college, with even a kind word for George W. Bush. Sadly, trouble looms even at this early date, as his dad loses his job and he has to bell-ring for the Salvation Army full time (do they get paid?). Still, he very much seems to be living life in tune with his Twitter bio: "Just a guy who plays games and has fun with life."
2009 rolls around, and he's busy planning the second, ultimately stillborn episode of his podcast, and discussing MP3 players and college sports. He also talks about how he's not allowed to have beer or tobacco because he's a Salvationist, and declares that "female professors should not teach classes that are 99% female students; and vice versa. Holy biases batman!" And speaking of Batman, we get the first glimpse of his DC Comics obsession as he enthuses that "I loved Commissioner Gordon..he was my favorite non-superhero!" Apart from the religious stuff and retrospectively ironic sexism, we're still not seeing anything out of the ordinary for a socially awkward male geek at the tail of the Aughties. I might have said some of these things myself at the time, who knows.
By November he's tangling with a romance novelist about Obamacare, for some reason. Okay, that's weird, but such things do happen on Twitter from time to time, and it was certainly a pertinent issue at the time. He is complaining about being unable to afford health care. 2010 is largely uninteresting from the few available captures. Notably, as of yet he "doesnt care about iphone 4 and the 'ios'". Louis is now in college hoping to make something of himself. We get a previously undiscovered profile pic. We also see the first hint of the furry obsession that would come to define his life, as he raves about the artwork of someone called Immamookin, who draws shit like this.
No more captures until the last month of 2012. Mostly politics and football, but now he's describing himself as "Gay male. Furry. Brony." He appears to claim that he couldn't go to college because it was too expensive, but we have multiple pieces of evidence that he attended Seton Hall (and in any event, why not just mortgage your life away to the student loan lenders, like the rest of us?). By Halloween 2013 he is using a My Little Pony profile pic and wishing everyone a blessed Samhain.
By February 2014 things are really coming off the rails.
