Joani is a TERF journo, she's reported on a lot of Tony's cases, it was her outside the court with the umbrella filming phat B's pal confronting Tony.

She has beef with Gnasher Yalland (a fake lawyer like Tony who is in Caroline Farrows orbit) and it looks like the document that RMFY posted was leaked by Yalland, further upsetting Joani since she's convinced Yallands lack of discretion lead to Kate Scottow being convicted.

She's also incredibly paranoid and any time she's on Twitter inevitably consists of her bitching about people stealing her stories and other woe is me stuff.

The harassment case hasn’t been heard.

Tony was suing Associated Newspapers using his usual boilerplate of defamation & harassment.

The trial which took place recently was a preliminary trial of meaning to see if the actual case for defamation could proceed.

The judge said no and so the defamation part has been struck out, leaving our hero with a potential bill of £30k for the Mail’s costs.

He’ll be attempting to wangle a settlement with the Mail which could involve an agreement to drop the harassment claim, probably in return for a smaller costs figure.

It would be surprising if having exposed himself to a bill of £30k, Steven would come back for a second drubbing.
