A little off topic from the current thread of convo, but I wish there was a way to know what Tea was actually going for artwise. I know artists sometimes abruptly shift style for whatever reason (and considering she draws the exact same thing twenty times a week I can see why Tea might get bored), but it's so wierd trying to figure out the general trajectory of her work.

It was always boring just on the basis of if you'd seen one drawing by her, you'd seen pretty much the entirety of her body of work, but her older stuff had a little more visual interest at least? I'm not saying that it wasn't lazy, but there was some very minor formulaic effort put towards detailing, minimal shading, overlays or frames or that glow on everyone's face. There were parts of it you could look and think 'yeah, that's pretty appealing' and it kind of made sense that she had all the copycats because there was a certain aesthetic to it that would attract that crowd.

Now everything is completely flat, zero shading, the anatomy is just getting more and more swollen looking and lacks any definition in the fingers, the wrists and ankles, anywhere where theres an opportunity to make something graceful (which you think would matter for that lolita sort of vibe that i think the work is supposed to have) it's just... not. Everything is just little ugly gremlins, and there's no charm to them. It all just seems so joyless and I really wonder what the hell she's going for anymore.

The ugly gremlins in her art could be really damn cute if she shaded, didnt use pure black, and actually was semi consistent.
I seriously think she needs to take a break in art because it reminds me of when I go into art block when everything just looks as low effort as it is

His last tweet that has anything to do with her was back in February, he hasn’t even been liking her posts recently despite being relatively active on twitter. Plus, didn’t they have each other’s @s in their bios at some point? And now they’re gone? Probably just me grasping at straws here but it kinda feels like they did split — or are at least distancing themselves from each other, but they’ve just been lowkey about it and hardly anyone has noticed.

Either that or Tearzah really did inhale Bavid like Kirby and just absorbed him, it would explain why she looks like... that.

Nah, I don't think it's the case.

Firstly, Tea stated it awhile ago (in a video titled "my girlfriend", I believe) that her relationship with Bavid is "98% offline".
Secondly, there were recent drawings of her with Bailey.
Thirdly, their urls weren't stated in eachother's bios.... Uh, at least since New Year? I'm relatively new to Tea.

She has always been "trans" but before she was just nonbinary, without ever putting effort into it. Now shes saying shes trans, and I think is leaning towards ftm fakeboi shit. Shes not going to transition and if she does she will regret it
