"May the vest help me". At the risk of sounding like a broken record, this man forces more memes than 2008-era /b/. Reminder that he did technically also beat the original RE3 on the hardest difficult setting. It included all the hallmarks you'd expect of a Phil Burnell joint, such as hours of pointless backtracking, poor resource management and 45 minutes spent fighting the same boss over and over.
