Porn is like alcohol. Fine in moderated amounts, damaging in excess.

When people say porn causes people to troon out, what they actually mean is porn addiction or porn sickness. Troons and their ilk watch way, way more porn than is even remotely healthy. What basically happens with porn is that when someone watches a lot of it, they get bored by vanilla stuff, so they begin seeking increasingly bizarre, extreme fetishes to get the same "high." It's kind of like caffeine or heroin in that way-- the more you use it, the more you need for it to "work." That's why so many trannies are into weird shit like ADBL, S&M, and furries. They probably escalated to that shit after normal porn got "boring."

That said, it would be nice if the porn industry was more transparent and regulated. Is there a porn star union? If not, there should be. The way the stars (both male and female) sometimes get treated is appalling.

The vast majority of people can watch porn without it getting "vanilla" and having to progress to weird ass shit. If that's what's happening to someone, it's because they're fucked up. If it hadn't of been porn, it would have been something else that started making them jack it to mutilated inverted penises.

I think it's an example of the psychological concept of priming. It's the same as how people get confused by "video games cause violence". Violent video games don't make normal people commit acts of violence, but they can prime people who are already at risk and have violent tendencies to think about violence more, become more obsessed with it and act out on it. Similarly, pornography doesn't "make" normal people troon out. It acts as a trigger to people who are already psychologically fucked up, by indulging their already-existing fucked up fantasies and reinforcing them as positive/fulfilling. It's a concept that is seen all the time. A million girls will be called fat when they're 13, but one girl will ne "made" anorexic from it - that one girl was at high risk for anorexia, and didn't need anyone to make a comment, it would have been triggered eventually. These people we see here - they most likely would have trooned without the porn, but the porn helped hasten the process. And if they weren't going to troon, they would have fell into some other form of self harming behaviour/drugs etc.

Idk, I don’t think a lot of them would troon out if there wasn’t a triggering incident, and that is usually porn. Now.

Back in the 90s I knew a cross-dresser online. Of course he was a 6’4, 250+ lb former college football player.

He told me he could trace his trigger to two experiences in first grade. His teacher was young and pretty, and the proto-CD was a shy boy the other kids made fun of because he cried at everything. Pretty teacher would let him stay with her, help out in the classroom, to keep away from bullies.

Pretty teacher told him two things:

1. Your personality would be better for a girl, if you were a girl people wouldn’t make fun of you for crying.
2. Your hair which is auburn and curly and thick is really beautiful, too bad you aren’t a girl so you could grow it out (she says, finger combing his hair).

I mean it just...writes itself. Is this porn? No. But it was his formative experience blending his innate, though proto-, heterosexuality, enjoyment at pretty teacher’s attention, feeling of safety, feeling of being seen, actual touching by pretty teacher, being groomed - LITERALLY - and implanting the obsessive thought “I would make a better girl, I’m not good at boying, I would be good at girling.”

Children will look to you for which way to turn, to learn what to be. Careful before you say 'Listen to me'.
