I think Nick has always implied there's nephews especially when he threw out the possibility Ron may have been abusive towards them. Maybe that's why they're punk teenagers to repress Uncle Bad Touch.
The fact he didn't say one nice things about his nephews tells me he really doesn't have close ties with his family and that he can't stand them. I wonder why, Ron.

We had heard rumors that Ron had a nephew but we didn't have any proof of it. Nick said way back then that he received an email from someone claiming to be Ron's nephew, and apparently they had some spicy stories to tell about Ron. That's as much as Nick was willing to reveal since he wasn't able to verify the guy's identity.
