Didn’t a Kiwi who lives nearby confirm she lives in Section 8 housing? Canuck here; are you eligible for that if you’re not on a tugboat? She’s probably just lying about not getting disability, and her YouTube income isn’t enough to offset it. It usually goes by household income, though, I think, and they aren’t hiding that Gene is living there, too. Whether he gets a military disability pension or some other sort of benefits would affect their eligibility, I assume.

You qualify for Section 8/ HUD if you are poor and under a certain income (it varies region to region). Its basically income based rent. Lots of people pay like $40 a month in rent and the govt covers the remaining $660.

So being on SSI gets you qualified for section 8 (and foodstamps) anywhere because you only make like $10k a year.

It was a good video and she put Jen in her place. I didn't agree it was right if she did have a hand in getting Nini's or Fatty's channel taken down (I do believe that was the work of Charlene though) but I do like DC's channel. Unlike Charlie she has a real job and seems to have a life outside youtube, and she's not just clutching her pearls at everything the deathfats do (unlike the braindeads like Rose, Cherry, Charlie, MBP). Zach's video was good too except for him having to preface it that it's not bullying and all that shit.

I didn't know she was on twitter-that's bizarre she would report Nini's channel considering she always mentions Kiwi farms. I would have thought she'd frown on that. Speaking of Nini is her channel still around or has she stopped posting videos?

Lol, nursing homes have wait lists longer than Section 8 housing in Wheeling, WV. In her neck of the woods Section 8 housing wait lists aren’t that long for public housing apartments, but a disabled fat ass like Jen gets priority placement. Just like why that Sockness tard managed to score a free HUD apartment in San Fran - disabled tards get put at the top of the list, single mothers with kids come next.

Most ppl in Jen’s region want to find a private rental that accepts HUD. They want to avoid the big shitty entirely HUD subsidized buildings like Jen’s....because you end up with neighbors like a immobile 600 lb slug and her drunken hobo ”boyfriend”

Look at any listings for rentals within 200 miles of Jen in WV, OH, PA, etc.. you’ll notice a lot have “NO HUD” writ large because so many people want to use their HUD subsidy to live in individual rental properties. There is entire slumlord class that owns buildings/homes specifically for HUD renters and they tend to suck major ass compared to non-HUD rental properties. It’s guaranteed rent paid, but the property gets destroyed and dealing with your renters is a nightmare.

But the lowest on the food chain are always the apartment buildings and projects that are 100% HUD subsidized renters - it’s mostly concentrated trash. Jen lives in ”the projects” Wheeling, WV style.
