I'm going to let MrLewdacris speak for me.

A little bit long for a clip, but I think it all fits (and I find it funny).

I love that clip so much. He has no understanding of what an asset sale is.

Even if they chapter 7 him he'll be miserable because they'll strip the house to the bones. Sure maybe Phil doesn't 'need' anything besides two beds, two tvs, and two couches along with some kitchen shit. But I doubt he'll be as happy as he thinks he will be about all his earthy possessions being gone.

The funny part about the asset collection side of this is that the state/banks could repo something utterly mundane that an average joe $500k in the hole wouldn’t miss, like his coffeemaker or an electronic that he can’t tie to his ‘business’, and Phil would hate it for not being in his terms. He’s such a whiny brat and so deep in the debt that I fully expect him to cry about losing something dumb like his blu-rays or WWE network subscription while others in Phil’s boat would consider themselves lucky if they’re just forced live like a minimalist to survive the process.

Phil wouldn't give a shit about them taking his possessions. He has 125k in CC debt and a 2nd mortgage that's 50k in the hole, so he stands to gain around 175k (nominally, if we add interest payments it would be wayyyy higher). Even if they took literally everything, including his PCs and consoles, he'd just beg on twitter until his wheelchairs set him up again.

Thought this was interesting,

It is not possible to get a precise measure of the percentage of chapter 7 cases that end up as asset cases because the no-asset cases are usually closed within four months of filing, while asset cases tend to close about two to four years after filing—and some are open much longer than that.

Not only does he have no marketable skills, a worthless degree that he hasn't used, questionable hygiene, odd mannerisms, a 12 year black hole in his resume (or legacy, as he calls it), possible mental re.tardation (assuming he attends a skills based interview), disdain for those around him, evidence of him refusing to work in a team, refusal to accept blame, childish sense of humor, racism, lack of worth ethic, an army of detractors who will probably get him fired, refusal to accept valid criticism, refusal to change, being perpetually in debt to the government because he doesnt know how taxes work, and a million and one other examples of how not to run a business...

He has the most autistic mob of haters, including people who will, apparently, even fake call in to a federal court just to harass him, swat him, and other kinds of utterly beyond normal A-Logging to the point there should be a special word for it. I'm not sure if it's his intrinsic pigroachness or if he attracted it with his "King of Hate" stupidity but I'm sure there is some turbo autist out there who would find where he was sleeping homeless just to literally piss in his face.

This literally made me lol. The whole sad thing is that Dave doesn’t have to walk away broke. He could sell WAKhando, pay off the CONNdo and a big chunk of other debt, and still come away with enough to start over in a lower cost area. He could move to a small town in FL, buy a reasonable home, and continue pigroaching, 10 year plan be damned. He could run his low-rent stream from literally anywhere with a decent internet connection.

Is Phil even aware that his bankruptcy has been converted to an asset case?

Maybe that's what the mystery phone call was about?

PHIL: You said my assets were protected!
ROCHELLE: Bugged bankrupt mechanics, nothing I could do.
PHIL: I paid you to fix this!
ROCHELLE: Thanks for the money dummy, sounds good?

Phil will not let the WAKhando go unless the government litterally tears it from his hands, that house is essentially a monument to his 'success' seperating him from average, run of the mill let's players who actually try to put effort into their product and aren't riding the non-existent legacy from some game tournament nobody gave a shit about back when it was happening (which is why DSP even was able to achieve 4th at the tournament in the first place)

It's one of the universe's great paradoxes how Phil is constantly on the verge of losing his condo and also in no danger of losing his condo.

"I need money or I will lose my house! I can't lose my house or you guys won't get to watch my chill fun streams!"

"Phil, I heard you are going to lose your house..." "No, I am not going to lose my house and if you believe that, you are an idiot ack ack ack"

Its amazing the condo is the house Phil will die on when its a shit tier middle unit with a wonky ass layout and serious lack of actual space to the point he had to try and cram his streaming shit into a glorified closet.

They'd be doing him a favor taking it from him, maybe he's get someplace more reasonable for less in a less fucked location. Phil would be living like a king if he had two brain cells to rub together.

Here's DSP talking about how his wife is using his Nintendo Switch for personal entertainment, which goes directly against his claim (while under oath) the Switch is being used solely for business purposes:

(date: April 8, 2020)

Just wanted to archive that.

-EDIT- and he did the same thing just now on pre-stream with the Playstation Vita:

(date: April 9, 2020)

There's a shit-ton of moments in the past of him talking about how Kat is or has been using his so-called business-related stuff, btw. Animal Crossing on the Switch is one of them, but also "game sharing", where his wife is using his PS4 games, which he claims are business expenses, for personal entertainment. They're easy to find with PigPigGo.

He has a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. He has plenty of room. In fact, the bedroom (it’s not a fucking office, it has a closet, it’s a bedroom) he streams in is a decent size but because he has it laid out like a blind mongoloid he doesn’t utilize the space properly. Kat has her own bedroom (that he calls her office, but fuck him until he proves there is no bed in that room she sleeps in it), and then his bedroom.

I'm so glad I called it. He literally does think that his overpriced little coffee makers and stand mixers and shit are necessary items. He truly believes that they can't be touched because in his mind It's necessary for him to keep living, and therefore necessary to keep the business running.

I watched Agent Proper's video because even though I have been following Phil for about 8 years not seen the full extent of Wahkhondo.

Why the fuck is he trying so hard to die on that sword? Its not even that nice for its price its actually quite small and shit to be frank. I think its because its in a gated community tbh because once he is in the wild, he is kinda fucked.

The more and more I keep going over older clips I am quite sure he had 100% intention to go bankrupt purposefully

So is there any way to determine if he is still retaining Roachelle's services at this time? Maybe he thinks he's home free and that he doesn't need to fork over another $1200 that could be better spent on wrestle-wrestle jpegs.

Because real world adults who kahntribute to society in a positive constructive way own houses like a five star foil Hulk Hogan dood. It's what separates Phil from the rest of his detractors because they're a bunch of nolife basement dwelling losers who don't make money playing games like he does and will never have financial institutions dumb enough to give them upwards of half a million in credit to piss away so, um, yeah the truth of the matter is you're an idiot for believing it and a liar if you say you own a house cause you wouldn't ask such a thing if you did *snort*.

Almost nothing he does makes sense. Until you look at it through the eyes of Dave.
He chose a condo because he's lazy and didn't want to upkeep a front or back yard.
He kept the condo because of his ego. He had to show off to the haters that he was the King and he could afford a castle.
He chose a gated community because he hates people. He most likely can't even stand looking out a window and seeing people walking through the neighborhood enjoying a sunny day outside.

Remember, Dave said "If I lose the house, the trolls win." That's the kind of thing you expect to read here. An armchair psychologists look into a part of Dave's psyche. But he just flat out tells us this.
