I don't think they're attainable with hormones alone. Probably the result of metoidioplasty, where surgeons make as much of the roid clit external as possible and route the urethra through it to make a micropenis. It's cheaper and safer than the full flesh tube with arm skin surgery, but Wikipedia still had this to say about it:

i believe most tranny chasers and fuckers identify as straight or bisexual, although we could consider all of them bisexual, they have weird gross fantasies.
