What is the general consensus of how much he's spent on the game?
[...] or this is actually true and his addiction is so out of control, he dumped all of that money into Champions and now genuinely needs that same income for the next 3 days to ensure he can pay the bills he ignored.
The screenshot above has uselessness at tier 80 is that like a guild level or does that really mean there are 7900 manbabies in groups of 100 that collectively spend more than DSP and 99 other manbabies in this dumb game?
I'd say it is fairly likely that WWE Champions is not the only gacha game he's dumping money in to. Its just the only one we know about for sure.That... or this is actually true and his addiction is so out of control, he dumped all of that money into Champions and now genuinely needs that same income for the next 3 days to ensure he can pay the bills he ignored.

I'm still convinced he was dumping into that Marvel Final Fight game where I found the account with the "TheyCallMeDSP" name. I wouldn't be surprised if he's still playing Dokken and/or Brave Exvius or something like them.

There isn't a reason other than the rush of spending a ton of money to look cool and powerful, and feel you're giving yourself the best advantage in some stupid game. Phil is far from the only whale in games like this. He's not even close to the biggest whale in WWE Champions. These gacha games are ridiculously addictive and profitable.
Any indication of more cash being dropped on WWE Champions? Phil's up to around $3300 in tips this month, although he apparently already spent like $3000 too...
