I have to say, in the last couple of weeks I have become disappointed that Phil is making so much money. Remember a month ago when he was regularly having Slow Shtreams? That was comforting. But ever since the vest he's been getting mad contributions.
I guess I must not let it get to me, and just remember that there are tens of thousands of camwhores out there getting rich for doing nothing too. If I don't care about them, why care about Phil? But still.
It's mystifying. This is a month when half the world lost their jobs, and everyone should be thinking about taking care of themselves in the impending economic collapse. Then again, I suppose it also means that a lot more people are at home to watch Twitch streamers, and have nothing else to spend their immediate cash on. Also perhaps the psychology of a paypig - "Phil needs this money more than I do" - only gets more intense in times of crisis. Or the vest is the perfect macguffin that was needed to make that $100 tips goal work.
I can take small comfort in the fact that the sooner he gets the vest on, the more time he spends sweaty and uncomfortable. But still - you gave him over a hundred dollars. Stop doing that.
