A 3rd PayPal was found, it seems possible some fuckery is afoot. Phil is scummy so I don't think we should put anything past him.

My best guess is DSP has been hiding his funds since a detractor first asked him the words "Hey Phil, How much do you make a month?". DSP biggest fear is to be completely outted for all his lies and he has to face the worldpool of lies up front with a mob of people with pitchforks asking him why.

Your idea falls apart at the starting gate where it assumes Phil possesses some ability to think and plan ahead. He doesn't. He has never exhibited this behavior. He bought the first condo his carpool mentioned they could sell him. He bought the first condo in WA that he could and he only picked that state because he misunderstood the Quora reply that was linked first when he googled 'does WA require taxes'.

Phil's ability to 'scam' ends at maybe not fully taxing his tips which isn't even super likely because he just dumps his bullshit on the H&R Block guy.

Also Phil's never even talked to the judge. And I seriously doubt Leanna would do anything but confirm the man's a simpleton.

Phil is not some scheming mastermind. He's a completely inept, flaccid chode of a human being. He's clearly not hiding away money -- that would imply an ability to plan for the future and also to delay gratification, two behaviors which he's shown himself strictly incapable of. He's spending it all as he gets it.

See, his life is boring as shit. We know what he does for almost all of his waking hours - when he's not e-whoring to autistic children on twitch, he sits at home blowing his money on gacha and watching wrasslin'. Yeah, I always thought dave had to be lying about being broke, he had to have a couple hundred grand in the bank easy. I usually don't subscribe to what Bryan says but when he speaks about Phil he is usually bang on it and tbh Fred stole most of what Bryan theorised. I definitely have a feeling there is a third paypal in operation because his reaction with certain paypigs is so weird and not even forced. Phil is an incredibly neurotic person and with how he talks with Jeff and GoldenCotes especially you can detect there is some weird dependency / "friendship" that is forced there. It's entirely possible that people are giving Phil gifts behind-the-scenes. There's what Phil erroneously calls gifts which is actually just income for him and then there are actual gifts where people would be giving Phil a chunk of money (up to $13K annually according to current tax code iirc) which the gifter pays the taxes on, it still gets reported on both of their taxes but to the recipient it's a tax free transfer.

I assume his parents do this routinely like when they bail him out on his taxes. Other people could be too I guess, I just don't imagine that many fans have ever been willing to go through the hassle of paying the tax liability on the money they give to Phil and sending him the paperwork so he knows what amount of his income to file as gifts. It's certainly possible, I just see it as very unlikely, and since I can think of like one fan who might be doing this currently it's probably a non-issue when considering his finances as a whole.

I'll agree some of his whales & banned paypigs are talking with him behind the scenes. The whales like Planet Jeff and others I could see him having them donate to a 3rd PayPal. I asked Bryan to confirm the 3rd PayPal and he brought with it some lore. He's usually someone good with odd Phil stuff.

We do know he transfers all his money out immediately from both paypals but I think its to a bank account, since Nancy could see the cash coming out and didnt ask where it was going (so she must have a bank account showing deposits and then the cash leaving from there).

I imagine one click pay is set up to a card so its probably going to that one.
