Just mentioned in the PayPal thread about Phil's assets but its a bankruptcy question so I'll ask it here.

Phil has a ton of assets he hasn't brought up like those quilts (unless Leanna took them or he threw them away 'cleaning'). The Keurig(s), paintings, a shitton of blurays still. Etc.

None of those he's claimed as exemptions that I know of so its all up for grabs.

If they chapter 7 him how is that liquidated? Do they send an appraiser to his house to catalog his goods?

One of the two decent questions ctibank dumbass asked was "do you still have any of the goods you purchased with credit" or something close to that, and dave's reply was something like "Uhhh, No, I would have bought groceries and stuff like that with my CCs, okay." He expects the trustee to believe he spent 130k on food and other consumables and he has zero to show for it. Which is sadly for him true, as it seems he spent it on fucking mobile games.
I would wager a guess that most of the old debt is from him traveling to tournaments and from the big move. Moving everything you own across the country is not cheap. Tournaments are not either and he would have most definitely put all of the hotels on credit. I think all of the stupid shit he bought like the paintings (that he didn't really put up until the move to Washington) and his figurines were bought with credit. He even talked about using credit cards for things like tourneys.

is prison really the worst outcome for piggy? he gets a roof his head, 3 squares, the opportunity to make some money, and sweet lovin' from dae'shawn. I'd think it'd definitely be better than being forced to panhandle daily while pretendingto love the job, eating frozen meals cooked by chef mike, and no underwear time with a wife who has her own bed.
Prison would be the worst outcome for us. If he loses his house, at least we can find recordings of the wild pigroach lurking around urban areas, no such luck within prison.

The thing is, he mentioned before the move, that he paid off all of his previous debt which he incurred by financing his tourney days with maxing out credit cards. So his current debts were incurred solely during and since his move to the wakhondo.

Phil spent over 10K because he had the movers box up his stuff for him. Phil literally didnt lift a finger at any point.

I've done it as a business move, had the movers box up almost everything; I stand by seven grand.

It would cost Phil less because you can't jam as much stuff into a one bedroom.

Edit: I just revisited my tax form. The movers charged less than $5000, and since I stayed for about six weeks to two months in a hotel, I paid another $4000 or so in travel, housing, and storage while I looked for a place to live. Since Phil had less stuff and likely moved directly into the WAKondo, he should have paid quite a bit less.

Given the amount he owes I doubt they're going to individually list his gay porn... I mean wrestling... Blu-rays.

Most likely Nancy is taking the WAkhando, Kat is taking Jasper with her when she leaves, sherrif's deputies are removing Phil, and the whole lot will be auctioned off to a Boeing engineer who will own everything else.

I don't think they'll list every bluray.

It'd be '500 Blurays - Assorted'.
Only high ticket items like the Keurig would be individual.

I just wonder what the process of strip mining his condo would actually look like.

I'm curious does anyone think he got rid of anything himself post panda or was it Kats doing?

The Boeing engineer will then donate all the gay wrestling blurays and plastic junk to the Salvation Army, who will then dump in at a landfill.

iirc he tossed most all of Leanna's personal possessions himself, like the soapmaking stuff, plus the hamster-related things after the animals died of neglect. Kat just had him toss those old office chairs and the remaining bits and pieces of Leanna's stuff so Leanna's old "office" could be completely cleared out and transformed into Kat's Skyrim Suite.

I thought he said he sold lots of the blurays?
He sold a bunch of them at Kat's insistence, but it was only a small portion of his collection, and he has doubtless been accumulating a few more here and there since then.

Skyrim Suite that's cringe as fuck here's hoping Jasper doesn't meet the same fate as the Hamsters because that really would be tragic IMO.

If (when) Kat leaves I'd wager she'll take Jasper with her, if for some reason she can't, I can see Phil dumping Jasper at the first opportunity. That cat very quickly went from a pahsitive and fun occasional stream presence to an offscreen menace banished to his locked chamber. Like Kat, he has completed the transformation from living being to an ethereal presence that Phil can channel in order to lie to his paypigs about whatever mundane topics his low impulse control-brain decides to rant about. He hates Jasper enough that with Kat gone, there's no reason for Phil to keep him around as he has outlived his usefulness.
