Phil just got $5 khantribution from someone specifically asking to be unbanned and Phil obliged. I know this is clearly against Twitch rules and they don't care.
Playing devil's advocate here: DSP actually looked at the logs, so it's not an unban in exchange for money (the log is leading, not the money).

From Twitch's point of view, I'd say: nothing wrong with this. If he had straight-up unbanned this dude without looking into the ban, then yeah, that would've been a problem. But by looking at the logs he basically covered his ass Terms of Service-wise.

You know what amazes me? How quickly most Twitch streamers can take a bathroom break. Sometimes they get back so quickly i wonder how they managed to piss so fast. These people have a "customer service" attitude - they know their job is about pleasing the customer and appearing energetic and attentive.

Phil's bathroom breaks last at least 10 minutes, with silence and no "BRB" card. You just know this guy is waddling downstairs to grab a snack, check his emails, check his WWE mobile game, ask his wife what will be for dinner and harrass Jasper. Then he sighs deeply, scratches his ass, and waddles back upstairs.

He has a "union man" attitude to breaks. A piss break takes at least 10 minutes, everyone knows that dood! The customer can wait.

It was interesting to see his breaks "evolve" over the last few years. At first he took an irregular "10-minute" break if he needed to take a shit... but he'd come back 20 minutes later. Then he did that often enough that it turned into a "20-minute break", which was actually 30. Now it's known as his regulated contractual official 30-minute break, which is actually 40. The piss break between pre-stream and gaming has become more official now too.

It was interesting to see his breaks "evolve" over the last few years. At first his mid-stream break was an irregular "10-minute" break if he needed to take a shit... but he'd come back 20 minutes later. Then it turned into a "20-minute break", which was actually 30. Now it's known as his regulated contractual official 30-minute breakm which is actually 40. The piss break between pre-stream and gaming is becoming Phil's other regulated contractual official staff break.
Those bathroom breaks were tax related.

I remember when he got banned like a week ago though, it was due to an "insulting" tip

Let’s be honest, FF7: Remake borrows heavily from FF15’s combat system although in a much more refined and satisfying way (its not just R1+Triangle spam this time around). The latter was not difficult and just a spam fest of epic proportions. The base game was just a pushover. FF7:RE falls into that same category although it does expect you to use Spells and other mechanics if you want to challenge yourself and perform well in this game. Gaming and especially single players games have a personal element of challenge that people can always impose on themselves, just don’t expect DSP to ever hold himself to such a standard.

This game is not challenging and I never expected Dark to struggle massively as it was never designed to be challenging in the first place. You can absolutely get away with Square button spam, never changing your character, never going into Punisher Mode, or using the dodge/ counter mechanics while clearing all this game has to offer.

However, since Dark is just an all-around inept buffoon, he creates problems for himself like when I tuned in to see how boring the stream would be and lo-and-behold, DSP spends literally 30 minutes running in a circle in the underground train area of Mako Reactor 5 because he got lost.

As usual with Phil, he’ll fuck himself over even if the mechanics are easy as shit. And what makes Phil unique is the complete cognitive dissonance that he could ever do anything wrong and it’s always the level design, game mechanics, or the developers that are at fault, not him.

Could this possibly be T. ? Sorry if already referenced or debunked...

Telrence Carter

The dates, age and circumstances line up, although Phil never mentioned him witnessing a public urination as the reason for the murder. Tragic either way, and talk about an over - reaction on that guys part.
Yeah, that's him.
