According to the dates in Slatosh's statement, the statute of limitations for conspiracy/ TI will be up around April 11, 2021, so there is hope for that if anything shows up for him in discovery. Assuming, of course that the underlying tort comes back on appeal.

True, Hell he didn't even make a big deal out of announcing that he was Ryze in Lol, people would have loved the hype of having Goku voicing one of the main characters in the game. He doesn't really have too much range and he sounds as bored doing the voice as the character.
 
Remember the video of Colleen Clinkenbeard saying that one of her first experiences at FUNimation was Chris Sabat humiliating her by taking the audio she recorded for an anime and turning it into a porno? He says that wasn't him (even though she said that was "totally something he would do") and that Colleen has a crappy memory.

I'm sure he had nothing to do with that 5-minute DBZ gay rape fantasy he voiced either.

You'll find that a pattern for the main voices in kickvic, which is why they're SO jealous of Vic for voicing 'inferior characters' (because Sabat forced that on him) and yet being popular anyway. Monica claimed in depo she 'voices all the "best girl" characters', which is a complete lie. I can't think of a single character Monica voices who's considered 'best girl'. (DBZ/S is Android 18 or Videl, Magical Index is Misaka, FMA is Winry, Tsubasa/CCS is targeted at girls and therefore has a 'best girl'. The only one she can try to claim Froppy, for the fetishists. Uraraka or Yaoyo are probably the ones considered 'best' for nonsexual reasons)

Point is. Sabat forced Vic out of anything he directed and grabs 'the cool guy' character for himself every time, Monica thinks she gets 'best girl' every time, Marchi always plays a slutty sexpot that's meant to be the main 'waifu', and Vic....accidentally cast Monica Rial for a minor character who died in the first episode of Zodiac War, thinking he was giving her a leading role. (Or was it the first couple episodes? Still, he mentions feeling guilty because he immediately gave a part to his good friend Monica, but due to simulcast he didn't realize he gave her a throwaway role)

Yeah. The word of the abuser talking for Colleen about a conversation they allegedly had in secret doesn't mean anything.

Also, the method that Colleen told the story doesn't hold up any water whatsoever to Sabat's excuse. If she'd said "Oh yeah, the people who can edit the sounds sometimes do x and x when they're bored. In fact, one of my first experiences with it was when...uh...Sabat did such and such, very embarrassing", or if someone had specifically prompted her with "Hey did Sabat pull any pranks on you?" and she was like "Oh...hm...well this one thing..."

No, she didn't do that. She specifically talked about the engineers doing pranks, and then first thinks 'an engineer did it' then on the fly she corrects herself as her memory updates and she remembers 'oh, no, was it Sabat? Yeah, it was Sabat. Totally something he would do." Why would she say this? Because he has established behavior to align with this memory in particular. And we have proof, because his gay fanfiction required him to do basically exactly this. There's no way she would later go "Oh, wait, no, nevermind! It's not Sabat after all! Darn my crappy memory. I'll go tell Sabat this unimportant thing about how I told a story incorrectly that doesn't matter and never got brought back up again for me or him to correct."

Also, it'd be a real shame if people started digging up old comments of Sabat insisting 'Vic's a good/close friend'. What with how he keeps trying to differentiate between how he was definitely not friends with Vic but is with everyone else. Would really suck if there's also proof like emails or texts where Sabat says to Vic's face he's a good friend while he's now claiming 'no we were never friends'.

Sabat's story falls apart on one detail, where it was recorded. If she was recording at okratron it was Sabat's doing. Even if Sabat was telling the truth (he isn't) and it was an engineer's doing it still falls onto Sabat since it's his studio.
