Their identity is being protected right now, but they are taking Russhole to court for harassment and the suit was filed in Orem, UT. Since that's where Julianne Hough is from, there is speculation that it's either her or a member of her family.

Uh, Russ, why is your bass clef at full rest in both measures? Russ brings me out of lurking. Even in modern pop music, people write out the damn bass clef. It gives your music a fuller sound. Russ is such an insufferable cunt. He feels like he has every right to approach someone he sees as being in the wrong, but if anyone does it to him he pitches a tantrum because "some random weirdo" is being mean to him, and "he didn't do anything to them". What was that person sitting in his car, minding his own business, doing to Russ? Russ doesn't even have a driver's license because he's too defective to qualify for one.

It's suspected that that is the case, though, and it explains why his handwriting is so shitty and inconsistent. For example, his "let me take you on a date, Taylor Swift" posterboard project where he wrote shit like "LET ME Take you on a date taylor swift IM A REally cool guy" in crayola markers and had one of his paralegal coworkers photograph him during office time.

I think space in this context might refer to lockdown routines, like staying a meter or two away from others, but it is still on Russell to fucking move if he is standing right next to a parking space. What are they gonna do, park outside the space because this goblin doesn't want to move?

We don't know who the victim is for sure, but there's speculation that's it's Julianne Hough or her family (she's from the town where Russ is being charged). My completely unsubstantiated speculation is that Russ tracked down her family and pestered them to pass his song onto Julianne and they declined. We all know how Russ reacts to being told "no" when he feels he's owed something, so he probably kept bothering them after they told him to stop contacting them. Somehow, word he'd been arrested got to Greg Skordas, and now he's involved. We feel this might result in Russ getting more than a slap on the wrist.
