beggar's choice had 30 fraudulent votes, DSP made that conclusion because they were cast over a 10 minute period

maybe it was mentioned somewhere other than his own forum, maybe a forum where there is more than 2 ppl

glad to see all the top results are troll games

"Wow no one is voting so guys, make sure you go vote on the kingoffuck forums, okay?"

Later...

"Whoa whoa what the hell is this!?"
:stress:

So hes dropping lisa (which was probably legit, someone probably shared the link for the poll and 30 people went and voted), and it looks like runner up is Diddy Kong racing if I'm not blind. Oooh boy, love me some salt

So me and some friends were watching and riffing his minecraft stream last night when he brought up that his switch wasn't an asset because he got it from a friend. However he apparently this was a contradiction of something he said previously (can't remember exactly what).

BTW does anyone know where Memology 101 finds the DSP clips he uses?

Under oath on the phone during the 341 creditor meeting, he said the switch was a business asset. On stream last night, he said it wasn't because it was given to him and Kat uses it and that he "misspoke". Aside from implications about whether the Switch would be a protected asset anymore, there's the question of whether or not he committed perjury (don't know if intent matters there).

Lol what? Gets stuck with what? He will play what he wants anyway these polls are fucking useless.
This. Phil will use any amount of excuses and mental gymnastics to do what the fuck ever he wants in any area of his life. This poll just involves voting; that motherfucker put off a patreon-nominated playthrough for the better part of a year under the excuse that people didn't want to see it (when it was nominated...by his viewers...with money), and ragequit another patreon-nominated game at the last boss fight and didn't go back to it for years (and then acted like Alexander the Great when he beat it...with the help of streamchat-guided grinding), all just because said final boss made a fool of him and he needed to run and hide to protect his ego.

It's not even on him in my mind anymore. That's just how he is, and he couldn't make it any more obvious if he tried. At this point it's his fans' fault for not telling him to fuck himself (or his mother) and watch literally anyone else on Twitch.

I think I know how DSP's mind works.

I'd bet he'd pigsplain the difference between a "tax write off" on his taxes and a "business asset" in his bankruptcy.

King of Semantics.

He is so desperate to pigsplain this bankruptcy. Got some bad news for you Phil, your speds aren't the court and the court actually gets to ask follow up questions. Have fun with that buddy.

On the flip side of that, he executive decisioned his way into DK64. So as always, he's his own worst enemy.
Personally I'm hoping for Diddy Kong Racing because he can't be handheld through that, short of someone literally playing the game for him, and we all know how good he is at driving.

I'm on the fence about DKR. There are certain types of games I wish he'd stop playing because at this point it's very easy to predict the experience the viewers will have and what he'll say. Every racing game has the same handful of complaints ("couldn't see", "artificial difficulty", "rubberbanding") and he doesn't holler or controller-slam nearly enough to make eighteen goddamn hours of it entertaining. Same with Soulsborne; you can write that script before he even finishes installing the game (during the stream, of course): "couldn't dahdj", "pressed it, didn't cum out", "camera is broken", et-fucking-cetera).

Not to say there really is a genre I'd like to see more of. He hadn't played a sports game in a while that wasn't wrasslin' but I'm pretty sure the last one was MLB and that was coma-inducing, so.

I guess what I'm just trying to say is that his real-life shit is far more interesting than his gameplay, which has basically been the case since the streamchat was introduced.

Oh, and that he ought to go broke and stream his suicide.

You just know he'd fuck up the noose, would miss with the gun, would gobble down a bottle of tic tacs, etc.
In a way he's a completely incompetent Rasputin.

It's a shame Phail has no personal electronics to use with his WWE Network subscription, because the governor of Florida just decreed that oily men rubbing against each other is an essential business.

Not just wraslin, but any NATIONALLY televised sporting event. Get ready for empty stadium baseball everyone! Florida showing it's thirst for money outweighs it's common sense.

Maybe I'm thinking of something else like the lottery, but do you even need to pay taxes if your business does not generate at least $600 in income? Was she that optimistic for some reason?

It always seemed like one of those "businesses" that was destined to make less money, especially hourly, than just getting any minimum wage job.
Leanna definitely had high (likely unrealistic) aspirations for growing her "business". I don't know what her monetary goals were, but her posts on that soap making forum or whatever seemed to indicate that she thought she could make some sort of significant income.
It's the sort of thing you need to be extremely self-motivated and driven in order to possibly make any real money.
I can't say anything for sure, but considering that she was constantly interjecting herself in Phil's content, I don't think she was particularly motivated to spend the amount of time and effort it would take to increase sales. And considering that Phil "forced" her to get a real job, I think it's a safe assumption that her soap empire was bringing in a nominal amount of money.

Anyone would have high expectations for their business if they live with a bum who looks like he just crawled out from under a couch and who rakes in mad cash, enough to move out to an expensive state across the country in a big-ass condo and not even bother to sell his old house because he's too bad ass for that. The bitch was starstruck and thinking she lived with a superstar. Especially being her first venture into working, she'd have more profit on only fans than that bum ass soap hobby

This is a pretty common thing with people who want all the benefits of Internet fame (ie, attention, money) without the huge amount of drive that it takes to get there, or wanting to build it themselves. You'll see this is very common with spouses/partners of sucessful creators because all of a sudden their dumb shit starts to get hawked on their much-more-successful partner's channels, driving people off and generally souring all relationships involved. If I had any modicum of fame I would want my partner to be able to succeed independently, especially if it was going to harm my income in the long run.

It's just especially hilarious when the person she's leeching off of isn't specifically successful in the way that it would need to be to work (even poorly). People don't like Phil enough for Phil in order to want to support Leanna (especially when Etsy panhandling for soaps, buttons, enamel pins, art prints are a dime-a-dozen these days).

Yes, it's a box unit that goes in his window with a corrugated tube that blows "freezing" cold air. He can't leave it there all year because he assumes that the cold winter air would get in. But if it would do that, it isn't sealed very well. That would negate the purpose because hot air would be coming in the window during the summer. It isn't sealed because...

He pays some dudes to come over and install and uninstall the unit every year.

He apparently has money to spend on hiring a couple of real men to lift and plug in his AC unit, but can't afford to film himself eating a hamburger. The burger costs $8 and he would only make $5, a net loss of $3! Just because his fans ask for DSP Tries It doesn't mean it's a smart idea and Phil isn't stupid.
DSP Has one of those portable AC units with hoses that connect to a plastic insert you put in the window not the hang out the window type that requires effort to install. He's talked a couple times about how his Condo asscociation doesn't allow him to use the hang out the window one because it dumps the condensation on his roof and it grows moss or something like that. And since DSP lives in literally the only middle unit in his whole condo development all his windows upstairs would dump onto a roof. He pays home depot or amazon $80-110 to send probably one guy out to put the big pastic insert in his window that has 2 hoses on it and maybe put down some adhesive backed foam to seal things better.
