Jesus, am I going to have to eat my words, along with some Arby's? I swore up and down that she wasn't moving anywhere, but if she did, I'd eat a beef n' cheddar despite not being a meat-eater (several pages back). It will be official once she does the first mukbang from her new mausoleum.

I am not looking forward to seeing and hearing more Peetz. Whatsoever.

I was trying to figure out if it's two levels or three (she said three, but she also said it was a luxury villa), and I think to the right of Peetz is the staircase to the entrance? If that's the case, yeah she's never leaving that floor.
I guess we'll just have to wait for the tour (that Peetz will film and she'll smugly voiceover).

Where the arrow is pointing - the hardware makes it look like a closet door. I think the "third" floor is the basement. If you look below the stairs we see, that looks like another flight of stairs going down.

It will be interesting to see the photos Peetz posts - doubt he'll try to be as manipulative with those as Chantal will be with hers.

The place looks like a decent, basic starter townhome as others have mentioned; Chantal is confusing clean & shiny with luxurious. The trim & fixtures we can see are basic in places redone after a former tenant moves out. Interesting that there is carpet - most landlords have gone to wood laminate & the better places have actual hardwood. Nothing special about the cupboards or anything visible in the kitchen.

It will be amazing to see how quickly the place loses its clean & shiny appearance.

Amazing kitchen? I was looking for stainless steel appliances, gas range, custom cabinets and granite! In my neck of the woods we would call that a row house. It will be grubby in no time! And those steep stairs! I see an ankle or knee giving way under the weight!!

yeah it looks like a second flight of stairs parallel to the ones going upstairs. not sure if that's to the entrance or the basement. If it's to a basement, Peetz gets his very own kiddie porn dungeon he knows Chantal will never see.

I'm also predicting a manic livestream tonight. This is already so fun.

Mate she already admitted to us herself that aftery the hysterectomy that she didn't bathe, wash, or shower for like...over 2 and a half months or something sicknasty and gnarly like that. We're lucky if she rinses her greasy hair with plai water from the sink once a week NOW.

There’s no way she’ll be allowed to make any major permanent alterations to the building, and I can’t imagine installing a stair lift that can haul close to 500 lbs upstairs without drilling. She’s not genuinely disabled or elderly, so I doubt even threats of a lawsuit could convince the building owners to let her. And let’s be real, within a month of two, this place will be a filthy dump that reeks of sweat, cat urine, farts, and Peetz’s cum rags. She won’t let anyone in lest they evict her ass.

I can't imagine a landlord allowing such a major alteration & she'd have no ground to stand on if she whined about accessibility rights being denied. Any lawyer she consulted would tell her that won't fly - she had the CHOICE to rent the place or not.

Ontario Disability Support Program does NOT cover stair lifts. Overall, they are really chintzy about coverage of any assistive devices. I had a quick look at Acorn Stairlifts & the highest eight they work with is 300 or so lbs. No doubt some other companies go higher but I can't be bothered to look.

I had a look at the stair railings & they're bog standard as well & not as strong as they look. She could easily pull the rail right out of the "support" wall if she falls wrong & at her weight, just about any fall would put the wrong sorts of pressure on sucha rail.
