I agree, Peetz has always been an enabler to the nth degree. He knows he offers little as a boyfriend but he's hoping that by being a willing outlet for her disorder, he can keep her dependent on him. There's one video where Chantal is saying how her and Peetz will only be eating out once a month as a treat and Peetz says 'Ah we'll see about that'. The dude is clearly completely indifferent if not actively against her eating better.

He's also slightly predatory in that he's just a bit smarter than Chantal. He equips her with rationalisations she'd never make up on her own, like calling us ableist despite her not knowing the meaning of the word. And because she's obviously not smart enough to think up these arguments - she's especially not smart enough to debunk them. If Chantal gets a moment of clarity about her disorder, and doesn't want to eat out with him, Peetz will just talk her back into it with all of the tried and true rationalisations.

I'm betting Peetz is going to speed up the cycle something fierce. She's going to get to that 'healthy home cooked binge' stage and eat stuff that makes her miserable and that dude is going to come home with a big sweaty sack of Arbys and chow down.

Yeah, he doesn't look like he gives two fucks about her food choices. He's is one of those people who will say "we are both adults here, I am not making her eating junk food if she wants she can have a salad", knowing very well that she has no control when it comes to junk food. I bet he will be bringing home take-outs when she will go on her next water-cleanse or some other bs diet. just to mess with her head.

Not to mention he's pretty anti-diet. He said "diets are bullshit, they make your body not know if they're hungry or well-fed". And that's just not true. Yo-yo dieting, fasting and fad diets will make you lose weight until your metabolism slow until it matches the amount of food you're taking in, which is what I think he's trying to say - but that just neglects the fact that lowering portion sizes and caloric intake, the very basis of dieting, works. Calling them bullshit to someone like Chantal is just dangerous.

Personally I think Chantal chooses extreme diets in order to set herself up for failure, hence why she ignores doctors orders even when she's expressed interest in the diets they're proposing before.

I don't want to pl too much, but I've worked in similar townhouses. She's likely barely fitting in the downstairs half bath. Those things are usually just slapped in between staircases. I bet Peetz went along with it because he'd get a basement cuck man cave to himself where Chantal could not go.

Weird fact, several of those townhouses had stuff like saunas or space for workout rooms downstairs, I wonder if this one does.

Haha of course the first thing she shows is the fridge. Of fucking course.

Ngl, this place kinda looks grimy already. Definitely not luxurious and really not much different than her place with Bibi except it has stairs.

But hey, it's a home that she doesn't have to pay rent on, so, good on her I guess.
