I genuinely don't think Phil would see it as breaking the law. Consequently, I don't think that would stop him from making another paypal account.

This is the problem with that argument. The PayPal stuff is all dark money. It's not reported to any agencies if you're just receiving "gifts". The people holding him responsible will not have any idea about the theoretical fourth paypal account unless they know where to dig. On top of that, they'd have to do that after the investigation and determination on what chapter has been made.

I'm not disputing he'll still have to make his payments or anything else you're saying. But making a fourth account and giving that to paypigs seems like a minimal effort thing to do, however fraudulent it may be...

TBH though I agree with your post generally: he'll fuck up, it'll get dismissed and Phil will get thrown to the wolves.
The Bankruptcy trustee has an anti-fraud tipline. If you don’t think there has been a huge amount of traffic on it since Phil hit the docket, I don’t know what to say at this point.

Phil really hasn't start reacting negatively about his bankruptcy yet I am a bit surprised I would think he would start to get really worried about now
Ignorance is bliss. He probably thinks that the whisperings about this are just more detractor bullshit. He's convinced himself that we are never right so he won't panic until it's knocking on his door.

Phil hears what Phil wants to hear. When he sat down with his bankruptcy attorney slash bankruptcy gal, she probably sounded to him the same way that adults sounded to the kids in the Charlie Brown cartoons. "You'll wah wah wah wah be wah wah wah able wah wah wah to keep wah wah your wah wah wahwahwahwah WAkahndo."

And he just runs with it. It's not until he gets asked more questions or there's a friendly knock on his door from an appraiser to give a valuation of his home that the gravity of the situation *MIGHT* begin to set in. But who am I kidding? Phil still thinks all his debt is just going to magically vanish.

Where did people get the idea that Nancy had a deadline to file a report?

probably mixed it up with this

Maybe im reaching here, but dsp might shot himself on the gouty foot with this vest streak. If Nancy or one of her asossiate joins the stream and finds out the 30 streak, and what it means, doing a quick math and comes up with 6k per month from twitch. How much he said he gets from twitch? 3-4k?

TLDR dsp is stupid and greedy.

That's not really accurate. The 3-4k from Twitch comes from bits and subs I would assume right? He obviously makes way more in tips which doesn't technically go through Twitch.

That's just for specific situations. An example is if he filed under Chapter 7 but had too much historical income and said "I still qualify under Chapter 7 because of X circumstances" like a recent job loss. The trustee can say "I believe this debtor is abusing the bankruptcy process because they didn't actually lose that job, they quit to quality for Chapter 7." There's a short deadline because it's such an uncommon thing and it's always obvious right away when it's appropriate.

Like I’ve said before, a Chapter 13 plan is strict, but it’s not bread and water torture.

I'd agree with this if you'd add "to a rational human being" to it.

You aren't calculating in the pigroach factor of someone completely incapable of acting rationally.

Just like everything including taxes there's wriggle room for fraud and levels of fraud a pigroach can get away with. He's not going to have a full dedicated legal team solely devoted to digging through his finances for any imaginable dime.

Still there would be one or two people who every couple months would spend an hour or so on the pigroach file to see if they can shake some money loose out of this faggot.

yeah, one has to remember that phil thinks he deserves expensive home meals, and deserves to eat out at least once a week, and deserves to spend thousands on wrasslin game

I caught some bit of a tractor video where he said he just "wants to live a normal life" where trolls don't continually fuck with him and try and ruin him.

Pro-tip, fagballs: Being a cancer on the internet and shaking a tin cup for shekels is anything but normal. Get off the internet, get a fucking jahb, and stop being a faggot.

Like I’ve said before, a Chapter 13 plan is strict, but it’s not bread and water torture. You are allowed to budget for things like entertainment and can eat out on occasion. A honest but unfortunate debtor often comes out of bankruptcy with better money skills and can buy a home or save for retirement. Now for someone like Phil, on the other hand, it will be pure hell. No more walking around Costco, the mall, or IKEA just looking for shit to buy. No more three adult meals out at restaurants on days off. The trustee has to approve any new debt. And if his income falls, it’s easy to default before you can get to court to amend your plan. If he gets converted, he’s screwed, no two ways about it.
The real one two punch is Chapter 13 and Phil doing something stupid and getting a ban on twitch. Even a 7 day ban would be a huge disruption in his income. Twitch changing monitization slightly could ruin him. It's just a ticking time bomb and the best part is he's doing it to himself, no detractor had to do anything to set this in motion.
