Wawa had these blueberry lemon coffee cakes that were so amazing. They were in with the donuts. They were round. But they only had them for one spring a few years ago. I figured they were seasonal. But the next spring no coffee cakes. :(

I know some Wawas have different things and I haven't checked every one that I could. But maybe they didn't test well. Dunno why though. They were awesome.

I haven't seen the almond turnovers anywhere but one store. And at the time I had got something else. I don’t know if they still have them. But they were the only low-cal option although now most stores have danishes that are only 300 something calories. But I don’t care much for danishes. I feel like they are trying to get a lower-cal specialty in there but haven't hit paydirt yet.

Not necessarily discontinued, but I haven't seen the like since I graduated high school:

We had an odd "pizza" at my high school. It was a thick corn chip type bowl with a thin layer of refried beans, chunks of spiced ground beef, and enough cheese to fill it to a level surface. It was our "taco pizza", and appeared about once every two weeks or so. The corn chip bowl was about as thick as a Frito.

I actively crave these things like once a month.
Those were awesome. I worked at Wendy's when they were available, and could get them comped as a lunch when I was starving. Plus tossing the pita in the fryer for a bit and then pouring the honey nugget sauce anda couple of sugar packets on them was manna from heaven I swear.

These were fucking metal. Yes, other cheese balls exist. No, they're not the same. Not even close.
Your plain, flavorless bitch cheese balls would be destroyed by Planters Cheese Balls. They were a delicious roadside bomb of cheese and salt, and they had this texture that you just can't quite get with the others.
There is literally no data I can find anywhere about why Planters discontinued them in 2006. They just vanished.
Farewell, beloved bar food. You will be missed.
They’re back! Well in my area at least and they are the fucking bomb

I got the white cheddar one. Nice enough.

But anyways, Vault was the GOAT citrus pop.

I know your post is from three fucking years ago, but I will never stop missing Vault soda. When I was in high school I was friends with this Indian kid whose dad owned a chain of gas stations, and he donated massive crates of the stuff to the school to hand out free with lunches. It was fucking god tier soda.

Mother. Fucking. Dunkaroos.
I don't know if they still have them in other regions but as far as I can tell, they're gone from the US. Either way, they were the shit.

I have come from the future to inform you that they're being brought back this summer! No more tears! Just sweet, frosty goodness

pudding fruit gushers
Cursed snack

I remember during summer breaks in the early-mid 2000s driving around with my dad while he was working (landscape design) and we'd often stop at BP for drinks and snacks. They used to have these paninis. They were more like a square, flatter hot pocket. There were a couple different kinds, but I would get the itallian one. Iirc it had ham, pepperoni, salami, banana peppers, and provolone. It was so good

A winery I used to work with got sold out from under them- basically, the siblings who owned shares but didn't actually work there sold the land to French (((bankers))). A bunch of people lost their jobs and now said wealthy fellows are making a sweet, dumbed-down, commercialized wine on that family's land.
This happens several times a year, and it sucks every time. At least the (((bankers))) aren't ripping out the vines and building apartments.
