As someone who's been working with and friends of erotica creators (eBooks and online comics) and specializing in different audiences, this is a niche, and the patterns do diverge.
Prostitution fantasies for women tend to involve fantasies of being in roles like a courtesan or a burlesque performer. The character they imagine themselves as still has autonomy. Often (but not always), the story involves a woman who is in a bad situation and rose to the top by making the best of her circumstances, or saw opportunity and took the leap on her own in a society where her options for self-sustenance and power were otherwise limited, such as in historical dramas. There's a high degree of glamour. It's over-the-top, but still safe. Sex in these fantasies is always the result of good chemistry, and not necessarily always with clients which may even introduce taboo factors and love triangles. There's often a huge emphasis on them being able to pick their clients, too. They're protected, adored, and endeared. It's pretty harmless.
To compare it to what these kind of men imagine: their prostitution fantasies either involve sissification, transformation into a woman, or being a woman from the get-go. Degradation plays a key role. Sex is predominant; rape-until-you-like-it(or not) may be a part of it. So for:

The aesthetics are grotesque and what I can best describe as "strip club chic." It really boils down to "I get to have sex and thus lots of fun." The only "empowerment" is the man's freedom to turn into his own fantasy and be an enthusiastic fuckdoll in a world where these kinds of things are normalized. And with that normalized world, then yes, some do extend that to minors in said world.
