Since this lawsuit has started, the defendants and their circle of likeminded folks have continued, but most notably their circle of orbiters have started to willfully provoke Vic and Vic's supporters by harassing venues and people, attack supporters, fabricate evidence, fabricate accusations......

This happened after the case started but many of these items are the exact kind of things that the suit is about. what are the chances of the people such as manjaw being included in this or the rumored round 2?

Knowing how tedious it was to sue the first speds, I highly doubt we are gonna see Manjaw/ArmzGurl/Chris Sabat/ANN/io9 get sued.

I think Amanda was the one that wished rape on a minor, she only supported checmical castration on the 7 y/o boy (I think the mother named him Luna). I could be wrong tho.

I'm definitely bigger than a large orange.

When I say large orange I mean something like a navel orange, or something approaching a small grapefruit, on a 30 or 32. It's a very rough volume that's easy to grasp for sort of people who think DD is the biggest breast available (which isn't just men. It's just mostly men). I wouldn't need to tell you that a 38DD is bigger, for example, but not that much bigger.

The thing is, a lot of people who think they're in a DD (or that wonderfully American DDD), with an enormous band size, are really a much bigger cup and smaller band and have been given a poor fitting as a result of a culture that treats large cup sizes as something to be mortally ashamed of and a sign of immoral character.

Not saying that's you, of course; I have no idea what your fit is. It's more of a general cultural issue that just happens to annoy me enough to get mildly autistic about it.

I'm a therapist and my best assessment is he has antisocial personality disorder, with more diagnostic features leaning towards sociopathy, rather than psychopathy. He is not cool and calculated like someone with psychopathy. He gets nervous and will become angry or agitated easily. This presents with volatility and fits of rage. Criminal behavior (or in context the stuff he's done so far from day 0 to now) is rarely to never methodical, but disorganized, haphazard, and spontaneous.

He absolutely fears loss of control. This is clear from the Ronversations, as he freaks out and lashes out at Nick when he is feeling his control of the situation slipping, and will try to cause Nick to get upset by his parroted lines and repeated lies. In his mind, he continues to reinforce his perception he has deluded himself to believe each time he tells the lie. Even when he is challenged with contradictory evidence, he contorts himself to fit within his lie.

Even if Vic wins completely, Ron will never admit he is wrong. The way he minimizes his history of emotional and physical abuse, claiming he is reformed, but anyone who has ever had to go through DV/batterers intervention knows you never try to minimize like that, you accept full responsibility for your actions.

This and some other evidence I've seen (like the recent livestream of him and Monica), his multiple divorces and serial relationship issues, tells me he struggles to form attachments. He likely doesn't feel emotions, his emotions he appears to display are likely him mimicking. The Livestream videos where he constantly looks back to Monica, is a way for him to verify he is displaying the "correct" emotions to match the situation. Compare this to the deposition where his anger and desire for control rears its head with his responses and snarky comments. He tried to but failed miserably to control the situation.

Ron, from a literal professional therapist, seek help. If you already are, either they suck, misdiagnosed you, or you didn't tell them the truth. Your behaviors are deeply concerning and I would have valid reasons to fear for the safety of those around you.

Even if we can't tell for sure that this fellow kiwi is indeed a therapist, I think all of this will make a lot of sense to anyone with just a basic knowledge level in human psychology, and I think it's worth a quote in the general Weeb Wars thread (please go like, agree, winner, and informative the original post rather than mine).

While this is in fact true, there is a thing called taste, and that joke is very much in poor taste, especially for someone who needs a fan support to survive, fans are by their very nature... impressionable types. No matter how you phrase this type of joke, it's not going to endear a lot to be sympathetic to you or want to support you. For others not in a public setting like Marchi? Go nuts.

To go in further detail, that type of joke is not the type you would want to proclaim loudly at a cafe. Which is essentially what Marchi's situation is being watched/followed by dozens[I did want to correct this but I find it more funny to undercount her fan numbers] of very sensitive snowflakes, and impressionable fans.

I think that the strategy was if they couldn't go to round 2, they would at least give FUNI and Sabrat a crippling blow to their reputation and business. I've said this before but if they can do damage to FUNI they do damage to Sabat as well give how much influence he has.
