Because there's no legal reason for him to keep quiet about the whole thing, and it's all for drama/clicks/views/ad revenue/superchats.

I sure hope for the sake of whoever is seeking justice against Nick that they aren't seeking it in Texas, and that there isn't a law that punishes that really harshly.

Rackets is so goddamn sarcastic I'm inclined to believe it isn't actually anything huge. Maybe just another empty ethics complaint, but still something fun to laugh about.

Judging by certain comments previously, and some billing and fee statements saying they researched shield laws in Minnesota; it might be there, or through federal court. Since then TX law for a certain thing doesn’t apply, and MN doesn’t have it at all.

MN has shield laws, but their SLAPP law was thrown out as unconstitutional recently. If there are Texans alleging he harmed them in Texas, though, venue would be proper in Texas which certainly does have a very powerful anti-SLAPP law.

HH's hateboner for RT might get him a thread down the road. All a-logging anti-woke personalities are destined for three point five fates; fading into irrelevance (Thunderf00t), becoming so deranged that only the apex of incel like/tolerate them (OAG and Sargon), or hated by everyone indiscriminately (MundaneMatt). The point five is being Smug Legend/TUG/Quartering (perpetually being on the threshold of meeting the three bad ends).

That said, I kinda enjoy the a-logging in a warped way.

They have the upcoming Transformers show on Netflix, and Gen: Lock to HBO max. RT won't be going anywhere if those two earn enough revenue from their respective platforms. I would lower my expectations if I were you.

What I would love to have access to their earnings and determine what lies ahead of

Well, Hei's channel has 86K subscribers and his channel description reads "Providing you with the most up to date goings on in the anime and entertainment world." It may take a while for him to get a thread if all he offers is shitty hot takes and nothing else. At least his production value is pretty decent.

Dunno how much success did Gen:Lock but at least Rwby has been a consistent dumpster for quite some time, that's what I remember.
Anyway, I don't have much expectations that they fail within this year (and is still possible they do), but I'm sure that they won't stay for long, maybe buyed out soon or fused in another corp like Funi, doubt they have the finances to stay afloat by themselves with all the losses they accumulated.

Oh, didn't see the new post lol my bad. Yeah I recalled that RT started pretty good and after becoming bigger they went nuts with their agenda&sjw views, nice to know regardless.
Yeah he's the only one from all the yt circle that I still follow, just because at least his vids are short and straight to the point most of the times.

We will have to see. It doesn't matter how it is in quality. What matters is how well it flared in the current year. Last year's losses should have done enough damage to their finances to end in the next two years. However, the fact that two money makers at still coming, And Corona chan gave them space to breath makes me press X on that. I don't see them going under in the year or two. Rather I am waiting for the crisis that will come after Corona to try and pin down where it may land.
