From what the comments from the person who made the journal is saying the users are planning to make an app of sorts that download lots of artwork in compressed files similar to how some did it for Tumblr.

And it's all because of a same sex couple and the fact that Chris Savino was a pedophile.
If this is really true they must've done a major purge of the staff to get rid of the pedophiles and general degenerates in order for them to attempt such a thing.
I mean I'm not 100% convinced myself, but I could see this happening regardless of a staff purge in an attempt to appeal more "Mainstream", hence the "too little, too late" part of the post. Regardless of factuality, it's far too late to do anything unless they end up purging like what Tumblr did. And that was a shitstorm in its own right.
