Trump Enslavement Syndrome - Orange man good. /r/The_Donald and any public demonstration of rabid pro-Trump enthusiasm in spite of all reason.

Paying corporations not to fire people is socialism? The govt giving a measly handout so you're not homeless during a pandemic is socialism?

I guess if you define it as the government doing stuff like so many people on the left and right like to do when its convenient.

The government just handing out checks is literally socialism in its most elemental form.

This actually makes me sad. This woman is dead because Trump and the shit media like Fox, Rush Limbaugh, etc have told her it's all a hoax. She trusted what we should be able to trust and has lost her life. It's fucking sick to consider this. I bet Trump is super upset over this, and losing sleep over the fact that his die hards are literally dying because of his misinformation /sneed

This woman learned her lesson the hardest way. And yet, if this was presented to Trumptards, it's clearly a democratic conspiracy. The greatest danger this administration has done is turn this pandemic into a political slap fight where the populace can easily get confused and not believe it.

Ok, enough moralfagging from me.

Also: How'd guns help you beat COVID? Not so well, huh?

If someone is stupid enough to listen to right-wing tards over doctors about a pandemic, I won't lose any sleep over them dying to said pandemic. I just am sad she might've put someone else at risk.

Oh yes sorry I forgot that I must always stand by my God emperor no matter what what or the evil l*btards might do something evil like propose another stimulus or push for paid sick leave.
What? No, you just forgot to include someone enslaved to said god emperor to make fun of and laugh at. I was providing that for you.

No it isn't. Community ownership of "means of production" is socialism in its most elemental form. So in that sense, taking the money through taxation was the socialism, not the giving it back. Giving it back is just old fashioned government inefficiency.

I think you guys need to recalibrate, so here's an example of some real pro trump derangement.

I just think it’s ironic that corporations are taking handouts from the government. Especially when they often lobby against social support nets for individuals. Especially when they’re notorious for tax evasion. Especially when individual Americans, rather than corporations, pay much more in taxes every year. So yeah, corporations are gigantic hypocrites and in other news water is wet.

Anyway, yeah, Evangelical Trumpers are the funniest. Idk if anyone posted it in this thread, but Christianity Today’s editor in chief wrote an editorial a few months ago that basically boiled down to “If you claim to be Christian and support Trump you’re a hypocrite.” Trump freaked out, Evangelicals freaked out, it was pretty funny. I’ll dig the drama up later once I’m home.

Do they not know how averages work?
Evidentally not. I'm hoping Mitchell will post up some claim that he was actually thinking about a median or a mode average, or some other weak defense of his innumeracy, but he'll probably just leave it up because his audience are morons.

I'm fulfilling my promise. Here's the original editorial by Christianity Today:

Trump Should Be Removed From Office (archive)

If you're unaware, Christianity Today is an Evangelical periodical that was founded by Billy Graham himself. Despite this, Trump chimped out because he's literally incapable of handling criticism and called Christianity Today "far left" (lmao)

Oh my fucking GOD, he's such a baby. I also love how he's pushing every button to rile up his base ("Radical Left nonbeliever," "wants to take your religion and your guns," etc).

Anyway, 200 Evangelical leaders got buttmad about being called out for supporting the least Christian president ever. And so did his supporters.

Also, reminder that they're defending someone who couldn't even name a verse of the Bible despite it being "his favorite book."
