I don’t understand what’s so hard to realize about the fact that you cannot subpoena any of us because we haven’t made a claim to CPS. You can only submit a subpoena if a case against you has been opened and taken to court. From there you petition the court.
Second of all, you wouldn’t subpoena us as individuals, you’d have to subpoena Null/Kiwifarms as they hold all the records.

what were the specific complaints made against you? How many complaints have there been? How many investigations have been opened? How many have been closed? How many are ongoing? Government agencies rarely delete anything. They're archived so someone can go and get it through the Freedom of Information Act. Why does this woman fail at everything? Also, good luck getting subpoenas for out of State and out of country people.

Also, I love how there's a Undue expense clause under Subpoena objections, can you even pay for any of us to travel thousands of miles? The court sure as hell wont. Excessive travel and Undue burden is also fun.
