My past time working in a pet ER can tell you that: It's expensive, happens when a cat is stressed (like introducing two new kittens in an already changed routine environment from the virus) and will become a lifelong issue.

Hell she could still do treatments at home. There are literally hundreds of fucking ways to DIY a hair mask and ways not to make your hair look like a fried mop on pinterest. All you need to do is mix some coconut oil into your hair have it in there for fifteen to thirty minutes and wash it out for once or twice a week. It's not rocket science.

It’s one litter box per cat to my knowledge. I have 3 and one for each works just fine for me.

Maybe if you have a shitty surgeon using decades-old techniques. However, Momo's scars look like she had an anchor reduction, which leaves the nipples and areola attached and just moves them up. The edges are uneven and ragged though, so her surgeon was likely just shitty at using modern techniques.
