Here's the thing. Deb is the only one actually taking strong measures to secure the children. In all of Gabe's comments, he just whines and more or less gives up. I don't think he actually wants to be a father to his sons in the sense most parents do. His sole motivation for fighting for custody rights is just so he can have the title of Dad. Those kids don't mean shit to him & he's said as much multiple times. He views his personal image & involvement in the fandom as more important than their safety.

Deb, on the other hand, is actually fighting for them. Granted, I don't think her motivation is any better (and arguably much more sinister) but at least she's making a decent effort legally speaking to keep them. It's not even that difficult though for her considering that she has every advantage in her court between Gabe refusing to stfu, her income being much more substantial than his, and the fact that Gabe is just too fucking incompetent to prove Deb is just as legitimate of a threat to her kids as Gabe. Literally all he should have done was stfu, go on DFE mode with this furry shit, and start gathering every single person he could to testify that Deb has a track record of abandoning the kids at cons with complete strangers. I wonder if he even knows that she's been (allegedly) housing random homeless dudes in her house according to what @AConcernedThirdParty2020 has told me.

It's too late for him though. He's given so much evidence against himself that no sane judge would give him custody any further - supervised or unsupervised.

Maybe he'll realize his mistakes when he finally hears that verdict but I don't have much faith in him gaining anymore sense.

Furry Valley was a rebrand. Before that it was called Furry Menagerie, and it has existed since 2013. DPP WAS given something from Shadowwoof a year in advance. I don't know what it was, I don't know much about that situation. All I know is at the time Shadowwoof was simba's master and was trying to protect him and Furry Menagerie by bribing DPP to leave them alone in exchange for info on zoosadists. DPP probably kept quiet on simba and FM/FV awaiting that info Shadowwoof promised, but then began speaking out about the situation when Shadowwoof never delivered on his promise.

That's exactly what Shadowwoof does. He stalls, he distracts, and he claims he has things he doesn't all the time. I myself can see right though it, and that's why he pisses me off so much. He's always trying to weasel out info in exchange for other info that he doesn't have. It tickles me the wrong way and leaves me questioning his involvement if he claims he knows so much about everything. But ultimately it amounts to a massive waste of my time when he feeds me some super cryptic shit that can't actually lead anywhere, or gives me a dark web website and tells me "go look here and you'll find what you're looking for" without fucking pointing out "here's the site and here's where this person posted this on it" like a normal person. So I tell him off because to me that's only intended to stall me or he'd give me what he claimed he had instead of pointing me in its general direction. DPP probably fell for it, and in doing so Shadowwoof was able to spin it on simba's behalf (Simba hates DPP) to make it look like DPP sat on the info for a year to protect them and then suddenly flipped. In reality I think Shadowwoof lead him on for a year until DPP got tired of it, but since DPP was focused on the clout rather than the justice he couldn't see through any of it, so it took him a year to figure out.

Oh no, I totally agree. My point is that (up until she herself started posting on here) she had more tact on the situation. Now she's drawing more attention to herself. I'm starting to get more and more people coming forward with info on her. It's a lot to sift through and most of it boils down to " She was friends with such-and-such who I think did this ". Because unlike Gabe, she wasn't posting her personal business everywhere. I had no idea who Nick was until you told me about him. Gabe didn't even mention Nick until I started posting his info here. Then Gabe gave out his faux concern for his children's well-being - a behavior that I hadn't really thought about until this morning. I'd say that's fucking weird but we're almost 30 pages into this shit show and it really just seems par for the course.

The genealogy deletion was definitely cruel and unnecessary, I'm going to have to agree.

Gabe is a shithead, but just as a powerlevel example, I didn't do something petty in my divorce like demand the new switch that he bought with his own money or anything like that. I also made sure when I found a very valuable and sentimental book of his that got in my stuff, to give it back in the same condition. This is normal "taking the high road" divorce stuff. You do this especially when children are involved.
