So, since this is an asset case now and Phil has listed what appears to be everything he owns as exempt... does it matter what price he lists the WAkhando as? There's nothing else to take! Besides poor worthless Jasper.

Not so much what he lists it as, but what the assessor says it's worth. If the equity is less than $125k, Phil wants to keep basically everything. If it's more than $125k, then Nancy can sell the condo.

Only $200 of "Miscellaneous Personal Electronics" ? Didn't even declare the money he's been getting with this vest shit either.
Don't you know..............this is what he's watching his wwe network on. It's hardly worth mentioning.

Why the hell would you put under electronics: Personal Use $200 and then all the way at the bottom under "Other" put your business electronics? Even amending this file he's still a lazy fuck.

Also, he could at least put his collectibles in the background of his stream to PRETEND they are business related. But he's too fucking lazy and will say (1) he can't move the couch, (2) the foam is in the way, (3) asshole trolls just want to ruin him by finding out what he has. DSP's REAL AUDIENCE doesn't care about his collectibles.

This is another thing where I'm surprised by Rochelle's ineptitude. Phil's filing has always been laughably vague. Look at other filings, especially business involved ones with a significant amount of money like Phil's. They specifically list all their shit with notes about them and how they pertain to their business.

Still not listing his dozen+ paintings he paid like $400 apiece for, not listing his 2 $1K gamer quilts, not listing his 500+ blu-rays under the media exemption (note almost none of these are DVDs, they are almost entirely blu-rays in 'like new' condition that can sell for $10 each). Phil, your 55" 3D TV and surround sound system alone are worth more than $200, not to mention your bedroom TV, and your old office TV. Still not listing his correct address, still incorrectly categorizing his residence as a 'Single-family home' instead of as a 'Condo', still using a 6 year old Zillow listing as the appraisal price. . .

For some reason he is still valuing his possessions based on what he guesses a crack-head in an ally would pay for it. . .except for his precious gamer statues which he has valued at their current marketplace value. . .which is exactly how you are supposed to value all of your possessions in a bankruptcy!

I dislike Phil as much as the next guy, but in what fantasy world are you selling second hand DVDs for 10 a pop?

Agree w the rest though

I literally said this in the post. They are not DVDs. They are like new blu-rays in the original packaging. The bottom replacement value for one of those is around $3 to 5, to possibly $100 depending on the specific blu-ray. Which is how you value your assets in a bankruptcy. It doesn't matter what you can get for selling them at the local crack-money pawnshop, you value them based on how much money you would have to pay to repurchase that exact item in that exact condition. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/value-personal-property-bankruptcy.html

Edit: Here is a used blu-ray marketplace. Notice how the sale price is generally $3 to $10, that would be the replacement value of that item.
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=Blu-ray+movie&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

What an item will sell for in a bankruptcy liquidation sale and the valuation of your assets on your bankruptcy filing are 2 entirely different things.

She could have been a high flyin' hot shot legal genius until Phil blundered into her office and she caught his idiocy.

More than likely she's fucking useless, was asking for $1200 to just fill in a form and has little to no idea what she's actually doing beyond that. I'm no lawyer but when a legal document asks you to list any electronics you own, 'lumping them all together in furnishings' seems pretty fucking dumb. On the 341 call she sounded like she was not prepared for anything more than a 2 minute meeting.

Phil paid for a basic filing and he got basic.

Today was especially salty. He mentioned that detractors had dug up his old videos to report incorrect values of his possessions. The chat had a bit of fun with it.

[I clicked the wrong reply button so this isn't the right post I was replying to]
Does anyone have a clip of this, or can point me to the video, so I can be a good little autist and watch and laugh? I would very much like to see what he has to say about this.
