She is not relevant because she is not relatable and personable. Not many people can say that they carry $1,500 at all times, and can buy $7,000 a year in clothes from a specialty store and not be bothered to return them if they do not fit. It says "look at me I've got a lot of money and I do not care how I spend it". This annoys a lot of people that have to work hard for their money or have very little especially nowadays. She is also not very personable. All her responses are either discourteous or prevaricated, so she has an air of not being truthful.

Finally, people are turned off by someone that is always complaining about everything and does not take responsibility for their situation.

Her second chin wasn’t nearly as big and she still had eyebrows. That’s probably her criteria.

I’m still baffled as to what deathfats choose to eat to get as fat as they do. At least last year and the year before she was making enough money to at least get higher quality food. Then again, she wouldn’t be a deathfat if she didn’t choose to stuff her face with cheap carbs all the time. There’s more to life than orange chicken and deep fried sushi, but Al doesn’t seem adventurous enough to try anything else. She could even make more content by trying new foods (seeing as she doesn’t mind doing mukbangs again).

I suspect the Perato Distribution also has a major impact on death fats. Once you start to fail, you start to fail big. I can see some obvious issues right off the bat. Expansion of the stomach and what it considers "full" becomes a major issue.

The other issue is the fact that as you become fatter you naturally become more sedentary. A healthy person will walk around their house for random reasons or no reason at all. It's all automatic and it's so low effort they dont even think about it. But that activity burns calories and exercises muscles. A death fat on the other hand will only move if they absolutely have too. There is no random walking around. They will only stand up if they absolutely have too. Which means even in a non-active environment they are far less active then a healthy person.
